REPAIR / MAINT OF WORK SERVICES INCLUDING PLOUGHING OF DROPPING ZONE UNDER GE (AF) TECH AREA AT AF STN AGRA

M&L for loosening the existing ground and by ploughing, area around the centre mark 'dropping zone', upto 15 cm and average 10 cm (depth by means of suitable T&P i.e The power capcity tractor of not less than 35 H.P by carrying out complete ploughing with Cultivator followed by proper levelling of the ploughed area by use of leveller and by crushing of mounds of earth to achieve required degree of softness as suitable for jumping purpose including cutting of shurbs if required in any type of soil including removing the same to a distance exc 1.0km but not exc 2.0km from the site complete all as specified and directed. Notes:- (a) The complete ploughing shall be done in both longitudinal and transverse directions by using each ploughing equipment i.e. cultivator followed by proper levelling by use of leveller till the required degree of softness. (b) The above work shall be carried out in 1637868.00 Sqm area ( i.e 396.625 acre) but the ploughable area is only 366.00 acre appox i.e 1484048.88 sqm per month respectively and only this area will be considered for ploughing each month and accorndigly copmpletion certificate will be issued of defence land. (c) The Contractor shall be arranged minimum 2 Nos. tractors with cultivators with leveller always on ground at the time of ploughing .

Demolition of cement concrete (un-reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness(below or above ground level) complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for 100mm thick PCC type- D2 1:4:8 (using 40mm graded stone aggregate) as in subbase complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for river sand including spreading, levelling etc complete all as specified and directed..

M&L for 40mm thick PCC (1:2:4), type- B-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in Floors etc including finising the surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete and concrete cast in alternate bays complete all as specified and directed..
