Repair to pot holes any depth, not exc. 1 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud, or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads, paths etc, cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth, making good by applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade conforming to IS: 8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm), putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder 9.8kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 cum of stone chippings, 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (Including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings), depth of potholes exceeding 30mm complete all as directed.

Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc., sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc. complete all as directed.

Applying tack coat with bitumen emulsion (RS-1, grade confirming to IS: 8887 at 3.00 kgs/10Sqm) using emulsion pressure distributor on the prepared bituminous/granular surface cleaned with mechanical broom and as per clause 503 of MORTH complete all as specified and directed.

Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area exceeding 400 sqm and depth not exceeding 50mm deep complete all as directed.

Dense bituminous macadam with minimum 40-60 TPH batch type HMP using crushed aggregate of specified grading II premixed with bituminous binder VG-30 @ 4.50% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, laying, rolling to achieve and desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No. 505 complete all as directed.

Bituminous premix semi dense asphaltic concrete, 30mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (Paving bitumen of VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mix plant, rolled with tandem vibratory roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using mechanical paver complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive thermostatic paint laying of road marking with hot applied Thermoplastic compound with Reflectorizing glass beads on Bituminous surface, 2.5mm thick including reflectorizing glass beads @ 250 gms per sqm area is exclusive of surface applied glass beads as per IRC:35-1997. The finished surface to be level, uniform and free from steaks and holes complete all as directed.

Cats eye fixed in repairs with solar reflective type of metal body alloy of size 100mmx100mmx20mm fixed in repairs with PAMA strip lens reflector with MS stud of suitable size fixed with adhesive as per manufactures instructions complete all as directed. Make:- Model No.DA 972 of Dark eye or equivalent of 3M / Sun Eyez / M/s Texla Plastic & Metal Pvt Ltd ./ M/s Automat Road Safety Pvt Ltd.

Metal tubular dealinator fixed in repairs made out of ABS round body fitted with 2 Nos 65mm dia highly reflective reflectors made out of PMMA and mounted on 45/50mm dia mild steel pipe 600mm height duly powder coated and thermo plastic elastometer 3 bands of green , red and yellow reflector radium tape of 25mm wide with anti theft steel net for reflector protection including embedding in PCC 1:2:4 (150x150x300)mm type B1 complete all as directed. The construction and placement of delineator must be as per IRC:79, Make: 3M or equivalent.
