Amount

Demolition of brick work or stone masonry built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars etc. but excluding ashlars facing, dressed stone work and precast concrete articles complete all as specified and as directed.

Brick work with sub class 'B' bricks straight or curved on plan exceeding 6m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Walling of random rubble stone masonry, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1:6, brought up to courses, complete all as specified and directed. Note : Volume of PCC bond stone as provided in lieu of stone bond stone as per Serial Item No '05' here-in-after shall be deducted from total cumulative quantity of stone masonry.

All as per the description of Serial Item No '03' here-in-before but except stones i.e. using serviceable stones obtained from Serial Item No '01' complete, all as specified and as directed.

Pre-cast cement concrete, 1:3:6 type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in bond stone set in cement mortar 1:6 and finishing exposed surfaces including necessary form work, complete all as specified & directed.

Extra over stone walling for hammer dressing to face stones and dressing of face beds and joints, as specified, of random rubble walling, uncoursed or brought upto courses with maximum depression on face from straight edge held against the dressed surface not exceeding 40mm, complete all as specified & directed.

Raking out joints / poiting to random rubble or polygonal rubble uncoursed or brought upto course work built in cement mortar, complete all as specified & directed.

Raised pointing to squared rubble masonry, coursed or uncoursed in cement mortar 1:4, complete all as specified & directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) as in cills, lintels upto 1.5 metre clear span, steps, seismic and other similar band, plinth course, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railing upto 60cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stone, bed plates, kerbs etc and in similar works including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating and necessary form work complete, all as specified and as directed.

PVC (SWR) pipe 110mm bore single socketed in any length as in weep holes complete all as specified and as directed.

Boulder filling dry, hand packed tightly, gauge exceeding 80mm not exceeding 150mm, as in back filling of retaining wall complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling posts or struts embedded in concrete (wood steel or RCC) any section including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground complete all as directed at site.

Cement concrete type C-2 1:3:6 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel work in posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed including drilling holes, notching for wire etc. flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.), necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, conforming to Fe-290 grade E-165, complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only angle iron as in posts or struts in fencing retreived inder Serial Item No '12' here-in-before including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire etc. Including all necessary drilling, bolting or rivetting etc. complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh, any type (Chain link fencing, GI mesh etc.) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link fencing of 3.15mm dia galvanised steel wire, conforming to IS : 2721-2003 including line wires, straining bolts, binding wire etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Fixing only chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc., including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down cement plaster on bricks or stone wall/ceiling decayed surfaces of concrete from roof projection or RCC chajjas etc. including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc., complete all as specified and directed.

Rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces, finished even and smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises, complete all as specified and as directed.

Cement concrete type E-2 1:5:10 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete, complete all as specified and directed.

25mm thick PCC 1:2:4, type B-0 (using 12.50mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in sub base of flooring, finished even and fair to receive floor finishes, complete all as specified & directed.

75mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including making joints with bitumastic filling in proportion of bitumen and sand 1:3 by weight complete as specified and directed. Note : The concrete shall be laid at a stretch not exceeding 3.0m in length and joint shall be made at every turning / corners, complete all as specified and directed.

100mm thick, plain cement concrete 1:2:4, type B-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in floors / hardstanding etc., finishing surface even and smooth without using extra cement including use and waste of formwork to divide the area into panels, complete as specified and directed.

Vitrified coloured tiles, light shade, of size 596mm x 596mm x 9 to 10mm thick as in floors etc. bedded & jointed in neat cement slurry over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 and pointed in coloured cement to match the colour of tile all as specified and directed.

Non-skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) 400mm x 400mm x 7mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Non-skid coloured glazed ceramic tiles of any shade and any pattern of size (Pattern consists combination of two or more tiles) 300mm x 300mm x 7mm thick, over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 as in floors etc. jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in coloured cement to match coloured tiles, complete all as specified and directed.

Glazed ceramic coloured wall tiles in any type and in any pattern (Pattern consist of combination two or more different colour tiles etc.) in vertical surfaces of size 300mm x 450mm x 7mm thick set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick backing coat in CM 1:4, finished fair to received the tile, complete all as specified and directed.

Factory made (rectified) precast concrete designer chequered tiles any colour, shape and size not less then 300mm x 300mm x 20mm thickness (compressive strength not less than 250 Kg/Sqm), pointed with grey cement and pigment over and including 20mm thick CM 1:6 screed bed or bedding layer complete all as specified and directed.
