Earth work in excavation in foundation in hard soil including hard moorum, stony earth mixed with boulders with all leads & lifts including dressing and leveling the bed and depositing the excavated earth at places away from work site with all leads & lifts including cost of all labour, cess & T&P and dewatering if required for the work etc. complete and as directed by the Engineer-in-charge.

Providing & filling manualy with aproved quality of sand in layers not exceeding 150mm thick including watering ramming to proper density with cost,conveyance, royality, taxes of all materials and cost of all labour & T & P as required for the item of work including cess etc complete as per specification & direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:3:6) with 40mm size clean hand broken granite metal of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick in foundation including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering with cost conveyance taxes royality, labour of all materials and including hire & running charges of machineries T&P required for the work including supplying & working of pumps and cess as per the specifiction and direction of Engineer-in- charge

Providing and laying Reinforced cement concrete of M-20 grade with 20mm and down grade clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes-n royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries T&P required for the work including supplying and working of pumps and cess as per the specification and direction of Engineer-in-charge. ---foundation

Fly Ash brick masonary in Cement Mortar (1:6) in Foundation / Superstructure using-Fly Ash.-brick of 25cm X 12cm X 8cm size having a crushing strength in between 75kg to 100 kg per Sq.cm with dimensional tolerance ± 8% including splays cutting circular moulding chamfering & corbelling watering and curring for 7days after immersing the bricks in water for six hours before use etc. complete including cost & conveyance of all materials & labour required for the work with all taxes & royalties with all T&P & cess etc, complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.

16mm (5/8") thick cement plaster in C.M. (1:6) finished smooth to inside surface of 9" thick brick wall after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and labour with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, complete in all floor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

12mm (1/2") thick cement plaster in C.M (1:6) finsihed smooth to out side brick walls after racking out the joints including watering & curing for seven days with cost and conveyance of all materials and laobur with T&P required for the work with all taxes, royalties & cess etc, complete in all floors as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Providing Cement Concrete (1:2:4) with 12mm size clean crusher broken granite chips aggregate of approved quality from approved quarry including hoisting, lowering & levelling in position to required level in each layer not exceeding 15cm thick including frame work where necessary ramming using vibrator to proper slope and levelling curing dewatering if necessary with cost, conveyance taxes royalty labour of all materials and including hire and running charges of machinaries

Wall painting two coats with any approved quality of Weather seal coat with any approved shade including cost of paint on New Plastered surface of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding, staging including cost of all materials, labour etc. complete as per direction of EIC.

Fixing vitrified tiles in floors treads or steps and landing on 20mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4 (1Cement : 4 Sand) jointed with neat cement slury mixed with pigment to match the shades of the tiles including rubbing and polishing complete including cost of precast tiles complete in all respect as per the direction of Engineer in Charge.

Supplying, fixing and fitting of M.S. Door and window shutters and grills with frames and all other fittings including all cost, conveyance and taxes etc.

Painting two coats of enamel paint in all floors to new iron work over a coat of primer including sand papering,polishing the surface,including cost conveyance royalties and all taxes of all materials alongwith T&P required for the work including cost of paint & primer complete in all respect as per the

Wall Priming one coat with any approved shade of primer ( WBD )on New Plastered surface of with any approved primer including cost of primer ( water Based ) of approved make and finished smooth and even surface to receive painting including cost of scaffolding ,staging including cost of all materials , labour etc.complete

Straightening bent up or coiled rods cutting bending, binding, cranking hooking, welding jointing (if required) the M.S.Rods or Tor steel & binding wires and binding tying the grills hoisting lowering & placing in proper position as required for RCC works with cost conveyance & taxes of M.S. Rods or Tor steel & binding wires of 18 to 20 gauge and labour with all T&P required for the work with cess etc. complete in all floors (weight of binding wire will not be considered for payment and payment will be made on weight of M.S. Rods or Tor steel only) etc. in all respects as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge.
