Line materials such as 33 KV Cross arms 33 KV pin, 33 KV pin insulator, 33 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire Acsr Dog conductor, GI wire, Ms angle iron & Ms channel etc.

Cartage of following material from JE Store to site of work including loading & unloading at both ends maximum distance up to 40 Km. :–

ST pole 11 mtr long/ 13 mtr long

Line materials such as 33 KV Cross arms 33 KV pin, 33 KV pin insulator, 33 KV Disc, Stay rod, Stay wire Acsr Dog conductor, GI wire, Ms angle iron & Ms channel etc.

33 KV XLPE Cable of size 3x300 sq.mm

Erection of STP Pole 11 mtr long after digging a pit of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of all 33 KV H.T line accessories.

Erection of Double pole on STP pole 11 mtr after digging a pitt of size 1.20 x 0.60 x 1.6 mtr in all type of Soil for each pole including back filling of the pole with proper ramming after completion of work.

Fabrication and fixing of MS angle and MS channel, fixing all 33 KV accessories 33 KV pin insulators.

Erection of stay rod complete after digging a pit of size 1.20 x0.60 x 1.6 mtr and grouting the same in block of size 0.60 x 0.60 x 0.30 mtr and nuzzling at the both ends and filling the pit with excavated earth soil with proper ramming.

Laying lifting stringing of proper sagging of ACSR Dog conductor for 3 phase, 3 wire 33 KV line including binding & jumpering properly.

Eartingh of each 33 KV line pole properly after drive of electrodes of size 20mmx2500mm and connection the earthing point with GI wire.

Gaurding of 33 KV Line with 6 SWG/8SWG GI wire with 4 no. GI wire in horizontel and lessess at 3 mtr distance

Digging of Cable Trench of size 0.9x1.5 mtr. Deep in soil for laying of 33 KV 3x300 sq.mm cable

Laying of 33 KV XLPE 3x300 sqmm Cable in Cable Trench and Air after providing and fixing of bricks and sand then filling the excavated soil and dressing properly

Providing and fixing GI Pipe 6" dia

Wearing the 33 KV Cable XLPE 3x300 sq.mm and mounting the same at 01 no. double pole / 01 No. Tripole

Fixing the cable jointing kit on both end of cable 3x300 sq.mm of 33 KV Line

Fabrication and fixing of Breacing and double pole of MS Angle of size 65x65x6 mm after providing and fixing the breacing clamps

Grouting of STP Supports as per RESPO

Providing and fixing holding clamps with bolt and nut

Providing and fixing F bracket with bolt and nut

Painting with Red Oxide Primer on ST Pole 11/13 Mtr. Long

Painting with aluminium paint properly on ST Pole 11/13 Mtr. Long

Fixing of GI barbed wire on Round Pole at the height of 3 mtr. From bottom with fixing clamp

Dismentling of existing 33 KV line by opening the binding and jumpering and removal the all 33 KV line accessories from pole

Removal the ACSR Dog Conductor and making its roll including proper stacking at site

Dismentling the old and used ST Pole 11 Mtr Long by digging the pit for required size and depth and takeing out the pole from pit

Cartage of removed material as follows from site to JE store ST Pole 03 Nos. and ACSR Dog 735 Mtr. Including loading and unloading at both ends maximum distance upto 40 km.
