Dismantling G.S Sheet roofing including ridges, hips, valleys and gulters etc. and stacking the servicable material at site and disposal of unservicable material outside the University Campus.

Higher charges of welding set including cost of welding rods, labour (Welder & helper) for dismantling of steel work in built up sections in angles, tees, flats & channels including all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, cutting rivets, welding etc. including dismembering and stacking of serviceable material at site.

Demolishing cement concrete manually/by mechanical means including disposal of mulba outside the University Campus. (1:3:6 or richer mix)

Earth work in excavation in all kinds of soil in foundation trenches pits and bulk evacuation including stacking soil neatly away from the edges, filling back by the sides of foundations in plinth in 150mm thick layers, ramming, watering and consolidation complete including disposal of surplus earth outside the University Campus. Nothing extra shall be paid on account of lead/lift and disposal of earth outside the University Campus.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:5:10 ( 1 cement: 5 coarse sand: 10 grade crushed stone aggregate 40mm nominal sizes) in foundation and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

Providing and laying cement concrete 1:3:6 ( 1 cement: 3 coarse sand: 6 grade crushed stone aggregate 20mm nominal sizes) in foundation, plinth and under flooring including machine mixing, finishing, consolidation, curing and form work complete.

P&L in position RCC 1:1.5:3 ( 1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand: 3 graded stone aggregate 12.5/20mm nominal size) in foundation, plinth including the cost of centering, shuttering. All works upto plinth level.

Providing steel thermo mechanically treated bars conforming to IS:45612000 reinforcement for all RCC work including bending binding and placing in position complete including cost of steel reinforcement and binding with 18-20 gauge, soft drawn concealed steel binding wire complete. Providing and laying 8-10 mm thick Double charged vitrified floor tiles 600 x 600 mm size of approved make (Kajaria/RAK/Somany) laid over 20mm thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 sand) of any shade and colour as per the approval of the Engineer Incharge on floors/skirting with cement slurry, joints finished with white cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of the tiles including finishing etc. complete.

Steel work in built up tubular round, square or rectangular including cutting hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer and then (two or more coats) with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac) including welding and bolting with special shaped washers etc.complete. Hot finished welded type tubes. All work upto floor V level.

Structural Steel work in built up sections trusses and framed work including cutting, hositing and fixing in position applying a coat of steel primer and then painting with synthetic enamal paint (Two or more coats) of approved brand and manufacture (Make Asian/Nerolac). Platform for water storage tank.

Providing G.I Channel (U-Shaped) of size 52.5 x 50 x 52.5 mm and 0.63 mm thickness, fixed in position including cost of material and labour etc. complete.

Providing and fixing 50mm thick insulated puff sheet with 0.5 mm thick precoated/precoloured on both sides having high density of 40kg/cum of approved quality (Make Sintex/Isollyed/Jindal). Nothing extra shall be paid for wastage.

Providing and fixing tiled False Ceiling of specified materials of size 595x595mm in true horizontal level suspended on inter locking metal grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 gms/sqm both side inclusive ) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24x38mm made from 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200mm long spaced between main “T” at 600mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 x 600mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600mm and size 24x25 mm made of 0.30mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200x600mm panel to form grids of 600x600mm and wall angle of size 24x24x0.30mm and laying false ceiling tiles of approved texture in the grid including, wherever, required cutting/making, opening for services like diffusers, grills, light fittings, fixtures, smoke detectors etc. Main “T” runners to be suspended from ceiling using GI slotted cleats of size 27x37x25x1.6mm fixed to ceiling with 12.5mm dia and 50mm long dash fasteners, 4mm GI adjustable rods with galvanized butterfly level clips of size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along size 85x30x0.8 mm spaced at 1200mm center to center along main T, bottom exposed width of 24mm of all T-sections shall be pre-painted with polyester paint, all complete for all heights as per specifications, drawings and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. 12.5 mm thick square edge PVC Laminated Gypsum Tile of size 595 x 595 mm, made of Gypsum plasterboard manufactured from natural gypsum as per IS 2095 part-I and laminated with white 0.16mm thick fire retardant PVC film on the face side and 12micron metalized polyester on the back side with all edges sealed with the face side PVC film which goes around and wraps the edges and is bonded to the edges and the back side metalized polyester film so as to make the tile a completely sealed unit.

Providing and fixing powder coated 50 microns aluminum work (10 gauge) for doors, windows, ventilators, Almirahs and partitions with extruded built up standard tubular sections/ appropriate Z sections and other sections of approved make conforming to IS: 733 and IS: 1285, fixed with rawl plugs and screws or with fixing clips, or with expansion hold fasteners including necessary filling up of gaps at junctions, at top, bottom and sides with required PVC/neoprene felt etc. Aluminum sections shall be smooth, rust free, straight, metered and jointed mechanically wherever required including cleat angle, Aluminum snap beading for glazing / paneling, C.P. brass / stainless steel screws, all complete as per architectural drawings and the directions of Engineer-in-charge. For frames of door and windows. Section shall be used 2.5" x 1.5" (10 guage) and for shutters 3.25" x 1.75" (14 gauge) including providing and fixing hinges / pivots, handles, tower bolts, eye hooks/window stays, including the cost of PVC/neoprene gasket, 5mm glass panes / 12mm thick particle board laminated on both sides for shutters as required.

Providing and fixing double action hydraulic floor spring of approved brand and manufacture IS: 6315 marked, having brand logo embossed on the body/plate with double spring mechanism and door weight upto 125 Kg for doors including cost of cutting floors, embedding in floors as required and making good the same matching to the existing floor finishing and cover plates with brass pivot and single piece M.S Sheet outer box with slide plate etc. complete as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge. With stainless steel cover/brass cover plate minimum 1.25 mm thickness.

Providing and laying 50mm thick cement concrete 1:2:4 (1cement: 2 coarse sand: 4 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size) finished with a floating coat of neat cement slurry complete.
