Depth including dressing of bottom and sides of trenches stacking the excavated soil clear from the edge of excavation and subsequent filling around masonry in 15 cm layer with compaction including disposal of all surplus soil as directed with in lead of 30 Mtr.,CSR item No 6.6

Cement concrete 1:6:12 with stone ballast 40mm gauge stone aggregate. mixing by mechanical means using concrete mixer volumetric type [CSR item No. 10.8 (b) (ii) ]

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in foundation and plinth (CSR item No. 11.7)

First class burnt brick work laid in cement sand mortar 1:4 in first storey up to 4 metres above plinth level. [CSR item No. 11.8]

Finishing walls with acrylic smooth exterior paint of required shade with two or more coats applied @ 1.67 litre/10Sqm over and including base coat of water proofing Cement Paint applied @ 2.20 Kg/10 Sqm Unit(CSR item No.16.59)

Structural steel work in angles, tees and flats, riveted or welded including cutting fixing all gusset plates, bolts, nuts, rivets, welding rod, etc. with hoisting and erecting in position For roof trusses, well curbs, plates and trussed girders, etc. of any span for buildings and bridges up to 15 m span.(CSR item No. 18.3 (a)).

Roof treatment with water proofing material as per specifications

Providing and laying 60 mm thick factory made cement concrete interlocking paver block of M-35 grade machine made rubber moulded smooth finish with strong vibratory process or with vibrohydraulic compaction machine and of approved size and design / shape laid in Ordinary Grey and pattern over and including 40 mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with fine sand etc, all complete as per directions of Engineer-in-Charge for Non traffic Areas and streets having width less than 3.05 mt.( Also not to used over footoaths).(CSR item No. 14.137).

Applying priming coat with metal primer on new steel or iron work including preparation of surface. (CSR Item No.16.20)

Painting two or more coats excluding priming coat with ready mixed paint for metallic surfaces in all shades on steel or iron work(CSR Item No.16.21)

Reinforced cement concrete M-20 mechanically batch mixed using batch type concrete mixer as per IS:1791 and vibrated by needle vibrator but excluding steel reinforcement centring and shuttering in superstructure.(CSR Item No.10.20)
