Item No 2 Providing and casting in situ C.C. of trap / granite/ quartzite / gneiss metal of approved quality for RCC works as per detailed drawings and designs or as directed by Engineer-in-charge including normal dewatering, centering, form work, compaction, finishing the formed surfaces with C.M. 1:3 of sufficient minimum thickness to give a smooth and even surface wherever necessary or roughening if special finish is to be provided and curing, etc. complete. (By weigh batching and mix design for M-250 and M-300 only. Use of L&T, A.C.C., Ambuja, Birla Gold, Manikgad, Rajashree, etc. cement is permitted.) Item No 3 Desilting the Existing Supply Well, Intake Well / Head Works, Sump of water supply / sewerage works etc. in wet or dry condition including lifts upto 9 M and lead upto 150 M as required beyond the work site, stacking, spreading, including necessary guarding, etc. complete, as directed by Engineer-in-charge

Item No 4 Providing and fixing in position steel bar reinforcement of various diameters for RCC piles, caps, footings, foundations, slabs, beams, columns, canopies, staircases, newels, chajjas, lintels, pardies, copings, fins, arches, etc. as per detailed designs, drawings and schedules; including cutting, bending, hooking the bars, binding with wires or tack welding and supporting as required, etc. complete (including cost of binding wire). Item No 5 Providing and fixing M.S.chequerred plate flooring of 6 mm thickness on M.S.angles including welding, cutting and fabricating the plate to the required square or round shape, making holes in the plate, including providing and applying of anticorrosive paint, etc.complete as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Item No 6 Providing, erecting triple spur gear type Chain Pulley Block suitable for capacity as below with 6 m lift complete with load chain and hand chain suitable for above lift, tested to 50% over load as per IS 3832 carrying ISI mark.

Subwork NO 2 Pumping Machinery Item No 1 Supplying, installing, testing and commissioning of 10 HP capacity AC/DC Solar water pump (SPV pump), comprising of min. 10 KWp capacity multi crystalline SPV modules mounted on GI Structure with necessary hardware with controller, suitable size HDPE delivery water pipe line upto 60 mtr length inside or above water tank/ borewell with necessary control valves and necessary power supply cable of appropriate size complete with 5 years on site performance warrantee. Specification no. ESD-SWPS 10 HP

Item No 2 Providing, erecting and giving test of submersible pump set conforming to IS 8034 and motor conforming to IS 9283, with water proof winding. Pump shall be suitable for various delivery head and discharge with stainless steel shaft. Motor suitable for working on 415 V ±10%, 3 Ph, 50 Hz A.C. Supply,with cable guard, thrust carbon/fiber bearing to withstand entire hydraulic thrust. The pump set shall be suitable for direct coupling, with suitable suction strainer. Pump should have suitable discharge out let as per manufacturer's design. Antithrust stream lined non return valve shall be provided with the pump. 3 m submersible copper conductor cable in single / double run and 2 pairs of suitable size erection clamp 10 mm thick shall be provided with each pump. 10 HP

Item No 3 Supplying, erecting, testing and commissioning of automatic control panel for three phase, 415 V, A.C. supply submersible/centrifugal pump set for 7.5 HP to 10 HP consisting of D.O.L. starter having relay range 13-21 A, S.P.P., combined ammeter/voltmeter, phase indicating lamp enclosed in CRCA powder coated vibration proof enclosure with IP54 protection with single phasing, phase reversal, phase imbalance, etc.

Item No 4 Providing earthing with copper earth plate size 30x30x0.315 cm complete with all materials, testing & recording the results as per specification no. EA-EP etc complete.
