Design, engineering, manufacturing, assembly, painting, inspection and testing, packing, forwarding & supply at site including mandatory & commissioning spares, tools & tackles (if any), supervision of installation, testing and commissioning, mechanical and performance guarantee of the following equipment 415V PMCC and 415V Bus duct as per the requirements specified. For mandatory spares, HMI IO list & Annunciation list, refer document no. 44AD2800-000-E.02-011A-A4.

415V PMCC: 2500A, 415V, 50Hz, 50kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, Single Front for breaker feeders & Double front for SFU feeders, Compartmentalized, draw out Type, form 4B type separation, PMCC with 2 nos. incomers & 2 no. bus coupler complete with Auto transfer scheme, Metal enclosed switchboard with, Aluminium busbar, Internal Arc tested as per TR 61641-2014, full short circuit current i.e. 50kA for duration of 0.3 sec (min.) along with PRESSURE FLAP releasing Arc gases, Meters, Numerical protection relays, other auxiliary relays, indication, alarms, communication hardware/software & network switches for HMI interface, marshalling cabinet per shipping section, etc., as applicable with all necessary accessories. Protection relay parametrization & testing kits with its associated software / hardware for each type of relay shall be considered. Testing kit shall be used at site work and can be taken back by manufacturer after successful testing. Please refer drawing No. 44AD2800-000-E.01-0011-A0 for incomer and outgoing feeder details.

415V BUS DUCT: 2500A, 415V, 50Hz, 50kA for 1 sec., 3 phase, 4wire, Non - phase segregated Busduct with Aluminium Bus bar, enclosure shall be indoor / outdoor installation, Transformer and Switchgear end flexible terminations, including all horizontal and vertical bends, aluminium flexible, matching flanges, wall frame assembly, phase cross over chamber, gaskets, nuts, bolts etc. as required. (2 LOT represents bus duct system required for 2 incomers of PMCC)
