Providing, fitting and fixing PVC door frame of Duroplast make DPF-5060 make suitable for DPS-3720 made from extruded PVC multichamber hollow section having dimensions of 50mmx60mm (Toletance + 1mm). Horizontal and vertical sections shall be joined by steel screws after inserting M.S. tubular rectangular galvanised L-shaped brackets of size 100mmx100mm or plastic brackets of size 75mmx75mm with metred cut at the corners. Hinge side of the frame shall be reinforced with M.S.Tubular section of size 40mmx20mm. The frame will be fixed to the column/ stiffner/ wall with the help of 3 nos 75mm long and 4mm dia steel screws and expandable fastners on each side of the door frame complete in all respects as sepcified and directed at all levels.

Providing, fitting and fixing PVC Door shutters of 37mm (single panel seamless finish) of Syntex make, at all levels made of extruded sections in the configuration of 'A'.The overall dimension is 37mm x 90mm, with usual process variation having a wall thickness of 2mm with a variation of +0.03mm provided with all plastic reinforcement to avoid rusting. The shutter frame is mitred and joined at the corners by means of stainless steel screws.The corners of the shutter frame are being reinforced by polymeric reinforcement of the size 125mm x 250mm and the lock rail is reinforced by 45 x18 x255 size reinforcement.

Providing two coats of Birla White Wall Care Putty (Water Resistant White Cement based putty for concrete/ mortar walls and ceiling both internal and external) after removing all loosely adhering material from the wall surface with the help of emery stone, putty blade or wire brush and moistening the wall with sufficient quantity of clean water as specified and directed by the department. (Total thickness of two coats is maximum 1.5mm) (i) Thickness = 1.5 mm thick

(n) Distempering two coats with oil bound distemper of approved brand and manufacture and of required shade on new wall surface to give an even shade, over and including a priming coat with alkali resistant primer of approved brand and manufacture after throughly brooming the surface free from mortar dropings and other foreign matter and also including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth. (i).Priming coat with alkali resistant primer

a) Removing dry or oil bound distemper by washing and scraping and sand papering the wall surface smooth including necessary repairs to scratches complete.

a) Applying one coat of cement primer of approved brand and manufacture on new wall surface after throughly brooming the surfaces free from mortar droppings and other foreign matter and including preparing the surface even and sand papered smooth.

Supplying, fitting and fixing double leaf heavy duty iron gate, frame made from 50mm x 6mm M.S. flat iron with another horizontal flat at the middle, 20mm dia M.S bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to top flat and 20 mm dia M.S. bars at 200mm apart from bottom flat to middle flat including drilling, welding etc. complete. All vertical bars are to be protruded at least 100mm above the middle and top flat is to be flattended and pointed as directed.
