Scarifying or picking gravelled, macadam or bituminous macadam surfaces in area not exceeding 400 sqm, exceeding 50mm deep but not exceeding 100mm deep complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for 7.5 cm thick (compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size)(lime stone, sand stone, quarzite) spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required using power roller exceeding 8 tonne & not exceeding 12 tonne complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Preparing surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose dirt etc. on unsurfaced water bound macadam and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 10 kg per 10 sq metre using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing premixed bituminous macadam laid/rolled and compacted to required gradient and camber using 8 to 10 tone capacity power roller (consolidated thickness 75mm or less) using paving bitumen (VG 30 Grade) @ 4% by weight of total mix complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for preparation of existing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc, sweeping with brooms and finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags or compressed air to remove all loose, dirt, etc. and applying evenly a priming/ tack coat with bituminous primer at 5 kg per 10 sq metre using with paving bitumen (VG 10 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for providing bituminous premixed carpet 40mm consolidated thickness with 0.54 cum of stone chipping mixed with 29.20 Kg of binder (paving bitumen of grade VG-30) per 10 Sqm, rolled and compacted to required camber and gradient etc. complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for liquid seal coat using paving bitumen @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 6.3mm size of stone chipping @ 0.09 Cum per 10 Sqm (paving bitumen of grade VG-30), rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing in repair traffic convex mirror of 60cm dia having 130 degree of viewing angle made of polycarbonate material, brim and back holding plate is made of metal/ FRB alongwith pole mounted brackets and pole 50mm dia made of galvanised steel frimly fixed to the ground by means of PCC 1:2:4 type B-2 (using 40mm graded stone aggregates) in foundation filling (size 50cm x 50cm x60cm) complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for preparing bituminous surfaces of road and marking 2.5mm thick centre lines, stop lines, dashes, arrow etc and the like n exc 10cm wide on road pavements with hot applied thermo plastic road marking paint of approved colour conforming to BS 3262-1989 with special applicator machine all as per manufacturers instruction complete all as specified and as directed. Material and labour for repair to potholes, not exceeding 1.00 Sqm each including sweeping free from dust and mud or water, scoring sunken surfaces in roads etc cutting around edges to at least 25mm in depth and making good by applying tack coat using paving bitumen (VG-10 grade) @ 5 kg per 10 Sqm, putting in premixed bituminous macadam, well rammed and sealed with binder using paving bitumen (VG-30 grade) @ 9.8 Kg per 10 Sqm, blinded with 0.09 Cum of stone chipping 6.3 mm size and again well rammed (including supply of premixed macadam, binder and chippings),depth of pothholes exceeding 30mm and rolled with 8 to 10 tonne power roller to uniform fair surfaces complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 15 cm thick in two layer 7.5cm thick each (Compacted thickness) WBM, with coarse aggregates lime stone, sand stone or quarzite of grading 2 (63 to 40mm size) or of grading 3 (50 to 20mm size), spread, rolled and consolidated to gradient and camber required all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix in repair road stud/cat eye of minimum size 90mm x 100mm x 17mm / 100mm x 100mm x 18.5mm conforming to ASTM standards made from ABS material, dynamically designed having high impact strength and fitted with 02 Nos highly reflective reflector fixed with highly adhesive materials on bitumen surface including preparation of new or old surface complete all as specified and directed. Supply and fix in repair speed breaker of size 750mm x 250mm x 75mm made out of ABS material with two highly reflective reflectors moulded in PMMA materials welded with ABS plate through ultrasonic welding process fixed on to the speed breaker so the dust and water cannot touch reflectors inside and fixed complete all as specified and directed. Material and labour for TMT bars 10 mm dia and over cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends and binding with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9 mm dia or securing with clips all as specified and directed.

Removing excavated material exceeding 1.50 km but not exceeding 5 km and deposited where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 m above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Removal of building Materials/ debris to a distance of 1 KM including loading, unloading, stacking and dumping /leveling at the destination from work site. (Note: 1 Metric Tonne means One Load)
