Providing and laying Anti-skid Ceramic Floor Tiles (300x300) of Standard Quality and approved make in all colours and shades, laid on 20mm thick cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), on floor and skirting/dado in patterns as per Archetctural drawings/directions of Engineer-in-charge of the site including grouting the joints with white cement and matching pigments complete including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed tiles conforming to IS :·13753 of minimum thickness 5 mm of approved make like SOMANY KAJARIA, or equivalent make in all colour, shades except begundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Eningeerin- Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12mm thick bed of Cement Mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing wtih grey cement slurry@ 3.3 kg persqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and laying flamed finish Granite stone flooring in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building all areas complete as per the architectural drawings with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (avg) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed with pigment of matching shade including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge: Flamed finish granite stone slab Jet Black, Cherry Red, Elite Brown, Cat Eye or equivalent complete .

Providing and laying Polished Granite stone flooring and skirting/dado 100mm-150mm in required design and patterns, in linear as well as curvilinear portions of the building, all complete as per the architectural drawings, with 18 mm thick stone slab over 20 mm (average) thick base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand), laid and jointed with cement slurry and pointing with white cement slurry admixed withpigment of matching shade, including rubbing, curing and polishing etc. all complete as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing edge moulding to 18mm thick Granite stone counters, Stair treads etc ,including machine polishing to edge to give high gloss finish etc. complete as per design approved by Engineer-in- charge including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing an applying plaster of paris putty of 2mm thickness over plastered surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 2 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete.

Cement concrete flooring 1:2:4 (1 cement: 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate) finished with a floating coat of neat cement including cement slurry, but excluding the cost of nosing of steps etc. complete. 50mm thick with 20mm nominal size of stone aggregates including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Providing and fixing of glass strips 4mm thick 40mm wide in flooring including all charges but excluding cost of cement.

Making plinth protection 50 mm thick of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand : 6 graded stone aggreagate 20mm nominal size) over 75mm bed of dry brick ballast 40mm nominal size well rammed and consolidated and grouted with fine sand including finishing the top smooth including all charges but excluding cost of cement.
