Excavation in soil in Hilly Area by mechanical means including cutting and trimming of side slopes and disposing of excavated earth with a lift upto 1.5 m and a lead upto 20 m as per H.P.PWD. spesification 1990 (One thousand Nine hundred Ninety) Volume-I, including carriage of all labour equipment and material to various location of site through all modes of transportation in all leads and lifts , including all incidental charges.

Earth work in excavation for structures in all depths as per drawings and technical specification as per clause 305.1(three hundred five point one)of MORD specifications 300(three hundred)including setting out construction of shoring and tacing removal of stumps and other deleterious materials and disposal in all leads and lifts including dressing of sides and bottom and back filling in trenches with excavated suitable materials. All work of rock cutting by blasting shall be carried out taking all necessary precautions against soil erosion, damage to hill side, water pollution etc. and to protect stability of hill side rock shall be excavated with chiseling and weding out rock (where blasting is prohibited). All earth work in excavation excluding rock excavation shall be carried out true to lines, grades, sides slopes, width, camber, super elevation and level as down on the drawings. Disposal of surfaceable cut materials in specified manner on dumping site through all modes of transportation including head load, animal load or mechanical means along with its leveling fine dressing and all labour, machineries, materials, tools equipments and safety measures and incidentals necessary to complete. If the foundation of the structure is in an area with stagnant water or water is met with in the excavation due to spring seepage, rain and other causes shall be removed by suitable diversion, bailing out or dewatrering and the area of the foundation or embankment shall be kept dry. Any loss to the public and private property during the course of execution shall be the absolute responsibility of the contractor which shall have to be duly compensated by him at his own cost in all cases.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm(three point one five millimeters) thick, welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm(thirty into thirty into five millimeters),so as to give a fair finish including centering ,shuttering, strutting and propping etcetera with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centering in all heights below supporting floor to ceiling and removal of the same for in situ reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in foundation, footing, basis of column etcetra . and mass concrete complete as per HP.PWD. Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concretre 1:6:12(one cement:six sand:twelve graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40(forty)millimeter nominal size)mechanical mixed, vibrated and curing complete including form work in open foundation as per drawing and technical specification of MORD 800 & 1200(Eight hundred and one thousand two hundred)clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203(Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and ond thousand two hundred three) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing and laying concrete for plain/reinforced concretre 1:5:10(one cement: five sand: ten graded crushed hard stone aggregate 40 (forty )millimeter nominal size)mechanical mixed, vibrated and curing complete including form work in open foundation as per drawing and technical specification of MORD 800 & 1200(Eight hundred and one thousand two hundred)clause 802, 803, 1202 and 1203(Eight hundred two, eight hundred three, one thousand two hundred two and ond thousand two hundred three) including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Providing weep holes in brick masonary/stone masonary/plain reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100mm dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structure with slope of 1(V) :120(H) towards technical specification clause 614, 709, 1204.3.7 including carriage of all labour, equipments and materials to various location through all modes of transportation in all leads lifts and all incidental charges.

Preparation of sub grade by dressing to camber (Earth work for the cutting involved for sub-grade to be paid for separately depending upon the classification of soil completed as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Consolidation of sub grade with road roller including making good the undulation with earth or quarry soil etcrtra and rerolling the sub-grade completed as per HP.PWD. Construction of granular sub base by providing well graded material, spreading in uniform layers with tractor mount grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC , and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macaddam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 2 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing, laying, spreading and compacting stone aggregates of specific sizes to water bound macaddam specification including spreading in uniform thickness, hand packing, rolling with smooth wheel roller 80-100 KN in stages to proper grade and camber, applying and brooming stone screening/ binding materials to fill up the interstices of coarse aggregate, watering and compacting to the required density grading 3 as per Technical Specification Clause 405 complete as per HP.PWD. Specifications, approved drawings, designs and entire satisfaction and directions of the Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. Providing and laying cement concrete 1:1.5:3 (one cement into one point five sand into three crushed stone aggregate 20mm. (Twenty millimeter) nominal size) mechanically mixed and vibrated, curing complete excluding cost of form work and reinforcement for reinforced concrete work and as per HP. PWD. specifications of 1990 volume-I including carriage of materials, labour, tool and plant through all modes of transportion within all leads and lifts and as per direction of Engineer-in- Charge in Foundation, footings bases of columns etc. and mass concrete.
