Supply and fix Sealed Bush/ball bearing suitable for exhaust fan of any size

Disconnecting and removing ceiling fan of 1200/1400 mm sweep from any height bringing down, dismantling, cleaning internally and externally thoroughly examine replacement of split pins, cotter pins and check nuts etc overhauling, lubricating with approved lubricants, reassembling, including replacement of wornout/defective parts, refixing in original position including minor repairs for the smooth functioning and provision of new flexible wire of size 23/0.0076 multistranded copper conductor cable from ceiling rose to fan including painting of ceiling fan complete with synthetic enamel paint by spraying including filling cavities with filler , one coat after cleaning all dust etc & testing complete all as specified. Note :- 1. PVC flexible cord copper conducter multstandred deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor 2. Necessary repairs/replacement of unserviceable parts shall be measured and paid seperately

Supply & replace downrod of GI pipe 15mm dia light grade 4 ft height

Earthing complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60cm x 60cm x 6mm thick burried directly in ground to a depth not less than 2.25 m below ground level with top edge of earth plate not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level connected to GI earth lead wire 4 mm dia by means of bolts, nut, check nuts and washers etc of galvanised iron and earth lead protected by provision of GI pipe 15 mm bore of medium grade from earth electrode to DBs/Main switch all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR Part I and connected to main switch board including excavation and earth work in any type of soil, PCC chamber in 1:2:4 Type B-1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate 75 mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B-1 reinforced with 6mm dia bars at 75mm c/c both ways with 12mm dia MS bar handle made to shape, 20 mm dia medium grade GI watering pipe perforated at bottom with funnel and wire mesh, common salt and charcoal filling & test point with suitable material complete including testing on completion all as specified (Note: GI pipe 15mm dia & GI earth lead 4mm dia upto 7.5 m length is deemed to be included in quoted rate)

Earth continuity conductor or main earthing lead fixed to wall on batten or recess or chases or buried in ground or drawn in conduit /pipe or fixed to poles or any other indicated situation for loop earthing etc as required 4 mm dia galvanised iron wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Supply and fix/lay GI pipe 15 mm dia medium grade for protection of earth continuity conductor all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge

Repair/renewation to earth pit chamber of building earthing by excavating and removing the old damage chamber and constructing new PCC chamber in 1:2:4 type B1 using 20mm graded stone aggregate, 75mm thick RCC cover in 1:2:4 type B1 reinforced with MS bar handle, providing new GI funnel with wire mesh to the existing watering pipe, including provison of 4mm dia GI wire with GI protection pipe 15mm dia upto 7.5 metre length connecting to the existing test point on DB complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for earth test point with suitable material for testing of earthing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F security lights of 1 x 15 Watt LED light with high power LED and unique peanut lens to ensure uniform distribution and including provision of 1.5 sqmm 3 core multistranded copper conductor cable from light fitting to junction box complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

M&L bracket made out of GI pipe medium grade 20mm dia of suitable not less than 1.2 mtr long and fixed on walls with 2 Nos MS clamps made out of MS flat of suitable size thick complete with MS flat of suitable size thick complete with MS nuts,bolts and washers etc bent to required ahpe complete all as specified and directed by Engg-in-Charge.

S&F sheet metal enclosure MCB DB SPN 4 way with 200 Ampolts double door with locking system complete all as specified.

S&F Exhaust fan with louver of size 300mm Sweep and connecting up with ne flexible copper conductor PVC insulated multistranded from ceiling rose to connector. (Note: flexible copper conductor PVC insulated multistranded from ceiling rose to connector deemed to be included in the rate quoted by the contractor.)

Cutting of wall in round shape and making hole suitabe for mounting of 300mm dia Exhaust fan and making good distributed surface matching with existing colour and all including grouting of nuts and bolts all as specified and directed.

Supply and fix ceiling fan of 1400mm sweep and connecting up including provision of cable from ceiling rose, clamps, supports fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers , welding, bending hot or bold, drilling holes for bolts in any shape or size as directed complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fix downrod GI pipe of 15 mm dia 4 ft length complete all as specified by Engr-in-Charge

Material and labour for MS Fl of size 40x3mm thick clamps, nuts bolts whashers fabricated from structural steel sections welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes to the walls for fixing the suitable bore pipe and connected plastering work all as directed including one primer coat and one under coat and one finishing coat of paint for fixing arrangements for ceiling fan on trusess/roof etc all as directed
