Taking down cement or cement lime plaster from brick / PCC block mansonary walls etc including racking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc, all as specified and directed.

M&L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finished even and smooth (without using extra cement ) complete all as specified and directed

M&L rendering 15 mm thick (10mm + 5mm) plaster on fair face of brick work in CM 1:4 and finishing surface even and fair by mixing liquid water proofing compound as per manufacturers instructions complete. Note :- Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

M&L for rendering 10 mm thick on concrete surface in CM 1 :4 as in ceiling etc complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for providing water proofing plaster at the junction of wall and slab at chajjas, lintels etc, of average thickness 20mm in CM 1:3 mixing with liquid water proofing compound all as per manufactureres instructions, finishing the surface even and smooth without using extra cement all as specified and directed Note : Liquid WPC shall be measured & paid seprately under relevant item of this BOQ.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound hydroseal-W+ or eqivalent (for plaster hardening, to control efflorescence & fungal growth) as approved by GE.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of cement base paint over a coat of primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation newly plastered surfaces of walls/ceilings and applying two coats of weather proof acrylic exerior paint (100%) Acrylic) over a coat of self primer including scaffolding, trestles, ladders, cradles and necessary safety measures complete all as specified. Note for item No. 7 and 8:- Sefety precautions scaffolding and safety measures like rope, safety belts, helmets, ledder etc required shall be deemed to be included in unit rate coated.

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of oil bound distemper over a coat of alkali resistant primer finishing surfaces even and smooth, complete all as speciified and directed

M&L for of preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Plastic emulsion paint over a coat of alkali resistant primer finished even and smooth, all as speciified and directed

M&L for preparation of new plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash over a coat of wall care putty not less than 1mm thick finished even and smooth complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for preparation of new plastered surface and applying wall care putty not less than 1mm thick over a plaster surface wall / ceiling & applying three coats of white wash on ceiling complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and pavings n exc 15 cm thickness (below or above ground level) and removing the same of the premises complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L Coloured Non Skid ceramic joint free tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/ rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed / bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L Coloured virtified tiles 7 to 8mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tile exceeding 0.18 sqm but not exceeding 0.36 sqm, in floors etc. set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match with the tile laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed / bedding layer in CM 1:4 all as directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 350 x 250 x 7 mm / 450 x 350 x 7 mm / 450 x 300 x 7mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M&L Coloured Glazed ceramic tiles 300 x 200 x 7 mm thick, on vertical surfaces such as skirting, dados etc., set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match over and including 10mm thick rendering as in backing coat in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

S&F Pre Polished chequered cement concrete tiles glossy and rubburised finish colour 30cm x 30cm x 25mm thick, set, jointed and pointed in near cement slurry in floors over and including 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in Charge.

M&L for heavy duty out door tiles (High MOH hardness value of >6) 15-20mm thick (square/rectangular) area of each tiles not exceeding 0.36sqm in floors set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for 25mm thick, levelling course of cement concrete M-15 grade (nominal mix) using12.5mm graded stone aggregate as in flooring for laying tiles all as specified and directed.

M&L for 75 mm thick, PCC M-7.5 grade (nominal mix) using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in sub base, all as specified.

Demolition stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors aprons laid and bedded and jointed in cement mortar.

M&L for 20-25mm thick machine cut machine polished kota stone slab as in flooring of size not less than 0.25 square metre each set and jointed in cement slurry over & including screed bed of 20 mm thick in cement morter 1:3 and pointed in cement mixed with pigment to match the shade of slab incuding rubbing,cutting and mirror polishing complete all as specified and directed.

All as per item No 25 here in before but in one piece on vertical surface as skirting over and including 10 mm thick rendering in CM 1:3 to receive kota stone/slab etc all as specified and directed.

M&L for Granite slab 18-20 mm thick machine cut bedded and jointed with grey cement and pointed and adhesive of pigment to match the shade including cutting with polshing rounding moulding etc, laid over and including 15 mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4, all as directed.

All as per item No 27 above here in before but 20 mm thick Machine cut Cudappah stone in floor or in any position of any colour and shape as specified and directed.

M&L for polishing of old existing Kota stone flooring i.e, cutting , grinding, joints pigment filling and polishing to get mirror finish all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of asbestos cement (corrugated, semicorrugated, etc.) sheets in roof coverings all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for in any position complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in rolled sections as in main and cross beams, hip and jack rafters; purlins where connected to common rafters and running rails and guides for sliding doors; fixed with angle cleats or other connecting plates complete all as specified and as directed.

S & F for steel work of grade-3 as per IS 10748 in tubular trusses including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or HRIW welded tubes conforming to IS 1161: 2014 (Yst 240 Grade) complete all as specified and directed.

S & F hot rolled medium and high tensile structural steel of grade E 250 quality C conforming to IS 2062: 2011 as in plates (plain or chequered) channels, square cut or notched (ordinary and counter sunk) forming holes, without any attachment complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as per IS 15965: 2012 in roof covering fixed with self tapping screws including dismantling old roof sheet of CGI/PGI complete all as specified..

S&F 2mm thick Fibre glass reinforced translucent corrugated sheeting with two corrugation side lap fixe with coach screw and washer in roof, wall etc. fixed flat or bent to a curve of any radius all as directed at site.

M&L for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not otherwise described, over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Demolition of brick work, PCC block mansonry or stone boulder masonary built in cement mortar including all quoins arches pillars etc. but excluding ashlar facing dressed stone work and precast concrete articles.

M&L for Pre-cast cement concrete block masonry M-10 grade (nominal mix) using 20mm graded stone aggregate with solid blocks straight or curved on plan, exc 6m mean radius and exc. 10 cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Refixing tubes of 15 mm bore, any grade, to walls and ceiling or laying in floors complete with new fittings complete.

Taking up or down 20 mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re-fixing or removal to store.

S & F in repairs Vitreous China Squatting pan Orissa pattern long pan, size 580 mmX440mm white with `P' or `S' trap, front or back inlet and foot rests any pattern including connection to trap and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe etc, including trap set in and including concrete complete including making good to floor all as spfd and directed.

S&F in repair Vitreous China wash down water closet pan (pedestal pattern), white (excluding fixing bolts, flushing cistern and flush pipe) but including connection to drain (or outgoing pipe) and to flushing pipe, anti-syphonage pipe, seat cover complete , all as specified and directed.

Dismantling wall and ceilihg boards (Fiber pulp, insulation etc or insulation boards any thickness including cover fillets.

S&F 19mm thick gypsum semi - perforated edge 60 x 60 cm as in ceiling board laid over GI grid all complete for all heights as per specifications and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

S & F gypsum wallboard, 12.5 mm thick as per IS 2095 (Part 1): 2011, tapered edge, fixing to ceiling section and perimeter channel using dry wall screws of size 3.5 mm X 25 mm at 230 mm c/c including jointing and finishing to a flush finish of tapered edges of the board with recommended jointing compound, jointing tapes, finishing with jointing compound in 3 layers covering upto 150 mm on both sides of joint complete all as specified and as directed.

Providing and fixing inter locking metal grid (snap grid for false ceiling) of size 605 mm x 605 mm in true horizontal level, hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized @ 120 grams/sqm, both side inclusive) consisting of main “T” runner with suitably spaced joints to get required length and of size 24 mm X 38 mm made from 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, spaced at 1200 mm center to center and cross “T” of size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet, 1200 mm long spaced between main “T” at 600 mm center to center to form a grid of 1200 mm x 600 mm and secondary cross “T” of length 600 mm and size 24 mm X 28 mm made of 0.30 mm thick (minimum) sheet to be interlocked at middle of the 1200 mm X 600 mm panel to form grids of 600 mm X 600 mm and wall angle of size 24 mm X 24 mm X 0.4 mm.
