Preparing black top surfaces by brushing with wire brushes for removing caked mud etc. sweeping with brooms, finally fanning the cleaned surface with gunny bags to remove all loose dirt etc than applying evenly priming /tack coat with bituminous primer at 5kg/10 sq metres with (using paving bitumen VG-30) thereafter bituminous premixed semi dense asphaltic concrete, 40 mm consolidated thickness with 5.5% binder content (paving bitumen VG-30) by weight of total mix, mixed in hot mixed plant, rolled wtih 8 to 10 tonne power roller and compacted to required camber and gradient by using sensor based mechanical paver complete to a uniform surface complete all as directed.

Preparation of new or previously treated surfaces to receive the thermoplastic paste and marking of guide lines, dashed arrows, letters etc with reflective thermoplastic paste 2 to 2.5 mm thick using marking machine, white, golden, yellow or black colour as required using glass beads necessary for achieving reflection on roads pavements and the like as per BS 6088 complete all as directed. Note : 1.Unit rate quoted by the contractor include for provision of red signals to keep off traffic from work, cleaning road surface and working during odd hours when traffic is light. 2.The line marking shall stand out boldly and solidly without showing any signs of scratch marks or surfaces underneath, if necessary the surface shall be remarked after removal of existing treatment until the desired result is obtained.

Dense Bituminous mecadam (Providing and laying dense graded bituminous mecedam with minimum 40-60 TPH bath type HMP using crushed aggregates of specified grading, premixed with bituminous binder @4% by weight of total mix and cement as a filler, transporting the hot mix to work site, level alignment and rolling achive the desired compaction as per MORTH specification clause No 505 average thickness shall not be exceeding 50mm deep complete all as directed.

Demolition of pre cast block walling built in CM complete all as directed.

Precast cement Concrete block masonry with solid blocks grade C-5 , exc 10cm in width and setting in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as directed.

Plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as incoping including necessary form work complete all as directed.

Taking down cement plaster on brick or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key scrubbing down with water etc complete all as directed.

Rendering 15mm thick on concrete block masonry or concrete surfaces in CM 1:4 finished even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as directed.

25mm thick plain cement concrete 1:2:4 type B-O (12.5mm graded stone aggregate) as in flooring finished even and smooth with out using extra cement complete all as directed.

Demolition of reinforced cement concrete of any description and in any position not other wise specifically provided for but as in cover slab including removing rubbish off the premises complete all as directed.

Providing pre cast reinforced cement concrete M-25 (using 20mm graded aggregates) as in cover slab set in CM 1:4 complete all as directed.

Mild steel TMT bar 10mm dia and over cut to length bent to shape cranking bindig with mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia complete all as directed.

Framed work such as grills, gratings, guard bars etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes, framed guard bars; barred iron doors, ladders, framed balusters, walk ways, railing, framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde-E-165 complete all as directed.

Preparation of previoslyprimed steel surfaces of any description over 10cm width or girth and applying two coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as directed.

Rounding edges of granite stone slab one edge such as in steps etc complete all as directed.

Preperation of old treated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on walls complete all as directed.

Preperation of old treated wall surfaces and applying two coat of oil bound distemper on ceiling complete all as directed.

Preparation of old external surfaces of walls facias, cornices etc by completely removing existing treatment and applying two coats of weather proof anti fungal paint of approved shade (Apex-ultima) over one coat of primers all as per manufacturer instruction complete all as directed.
