Demolition of brick work , built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, arches, pillars, etc including demolition of precast RCC articles and disposal of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) in ground floors and Pavings not exc 15 cm thick (below or above ground level ) and removing the debris outside from defence land,complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Taking down cement plaster of any description and thickness on walls/ceilings etc including racking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required and removing of debris out of MoD land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Demolition of reinforced concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition of Stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floors, aprons etc. laid bedded and pointed in any mortar complete all as specified and as directed by enge-in-charge.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding ( but not backing) removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises and removing the debris outside from defence land complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Dismantling of posts or struts (RCC) any section, including taking out embedded portion and making good disturbed ground surfacescomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismentling of mild steel wire/wire mesh of any description not other wise provided for, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Demolition and breaking up drain pipes (Salt glazed ware, PVC/AC or Reinforced concrete) set in cement mortar,and taking out of trenches, if required, Internal dia of pipe in 75MM/100mm complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Brickwork with burnt brick old size bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6m mean radius, built in CM (1:6) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L brick work excpet brick with sub class ‘ B’ bricks straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius build in CM 1:4complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Brickwork with fly ash old size bricks, straight or curved on plan to any radius in half brick thick walls built in cement mortar 1:4complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound (as per manufacturer’s instructions) on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs and removing all debries out side MD land complete all as specified and as directed.(Note:- WPC shall be measured and paid separately) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only `Liquid Water Proofing Compound complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing newly plaster surfaces of wall & applying two coats of cement base paint over a priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali-resistance Primer without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Preparing old plaster surfaces of wall & applying one coats of cement base paint without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govtcomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for preparation of old plstered surface and apply one coat of acrylic water based exterior grade emulsion @ 0.9 ltr ( undiluted)/10sqms dilluted with water in 1:1 ratio finished without any brush marks on the surface in any colour including necessary scaffolding up to four storeys height of bldgs if required ,Shade/colour shall be approved by GE,all painted areas site to be cleaned and hand over as earlier without any extra cost to Govt complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete,sub base, sub floor etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 100 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:4:8, type D-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in sub base complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layercomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 (using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in mass concrete,sub base, sub floor,in post hole filling etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for 75 mm thick plain cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-2 using 40mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in plinth protection etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for Cement concrete type C2 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate)as in surface channels and drains, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for 25mm thick Cement concrete in sub base for receiving floor tiles and mass concrete using Type B-1,1:2:4 (using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- Finishing surfaces of concrete to be even and rough to receive the topping layer or floor tiles etc

M&L for PCC 1:2:4 type C-1 (using 20mm graded stone aggregate) as in lintels upto 1.5m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs not provided for water troughs and the like including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating, complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F Providing precast cement concrete type B0 1:2:4 (12.5 mm graded aggregate) louvres and jallies, 25mm thick (mea sured solid), in cluding all mould- ings but excluding frame set in 1:4 cement mortar complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for chequered cement concrete tiles hard glazed rubber top 30cm x 30cm x 20-25 mm thick made using vibratory mechanical system having glazed top layer with mixture of white cement & pigment, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid on 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Refixing of chequered cement concrete tiles/interlocking tiles or like of any size and 25/30 mm thick made using vibratory mechanical system having glazed top layer with mixture of white cement & pigment, set jointed & pointed in neat cement slurry in floors laid on 20mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 , complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Providing and laying at or near ground level factory made kerb stone of M-25 grade cement concrete in position to the required line, level and curvature, jointed with cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), including making joints with or without grooves (thickness of joints except at sharp curve shall not to more than 5 mm), including making drainage opening wherever required complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F factory made; heavy duty full body digital technolgy, paving coloured tiles (Endura tiles) of size 300x300x10mm thick (square/ rectangular) polished, for external use laid over & incl. 15mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in CM (1:4) incl. jointed with neat cement slurry & pointed in coloured tile grout to match the shade of tiles, complete al as specified and directed. Make- Durastone of somany or equilant in Bell/Nitco/Johnson/AGL/Pavings of Kajaria. Note:-The texture ,colour ,Shade of tiles & laying of tiles to any pattern & any design with one or more colours shall be approved by GE and Rates also including in this item for necessary raking circular cutting or notching and waste on tiles complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L Wall cladding tiles area not exc 0.18 sqm, 7 to 8mm thick on vertical surfaces of wall and skirting/dados etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white cement to match the shade the tiles over and including 10mm thick plaster on stone/brick masonry walls in CM 1:4, complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for Providing and laying 80mm thick factory made glossy finish,chamfered edge cement concrete paver block of M-35 grade with approved colour, design & pattern as in footparth, parks, lawns, drive ways or light traffic parking etc. of required strength, thickness & size/ shape, made by table vibratory method using PU mould, laid in required colour & pattern over and including 50mm thick compacted bed of fine sand, compacting and proper embedding/ laying of inter locking paver blocks into the sand bedding layer through vibratory compaction by using plate vibrator, filling the joints with sand and cutting of paver blocks as per required size and pattern, finishing and sweeping extra sand; complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note-Shapes of interlocking paver block shall be triangular/Zigzag/Haxagon/or other ,Colour of paver blocks & laying pattern approved by GE.

M&L for 16-18mm thick granite (pure black) work (table rubbed and polished) in steps, jambs pillars, window cills ,cooking platform and like including pointing in white cement (1:2) using marble dust with admixture of pigments to match with shade or granite over including 20mm thick screed bed or bedding layer in cement mortar 1:4 etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge. Note:- The stone slab shall be in one piece over kitchen plateform,window cill and making gas pipe holes 25mm dia with rounded holes and all open edges to be half rounded.

Material and labour for RCC type B-1 (1:2:4) using 20 mm graded aggregate in Slabs supported on walls, beams and columns in floors, roofs, landings, blaconies, canopies, deck slabs and in shelves and the like such as cover slab of septic tank/soak well etccomplete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.. Note:- Reinforcement shall be measured and paid separately).

Providing precast cement concrete Type B1 1:2:4 (20 mm graded aggregate)in landings, cover slabs (for man holes etc.) chullah hoods, chajjas, water troughs, mangers, shelves and similar articles with plain faces columns, posts, boundary pillars, bed plates, etc. and setting in mortar complete with joints to match complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Formwork to soffits of suspended slabs such as roof slabs, floor slabs, landings & similar work; not exc. 200mm thick (Horizontal or sloping) Rough finished surfaces of concrete flat complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 6 to 8mm dia,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for Mild steel TMT bars 10mm dia & over,cut to length, bent to shape required, including cranking, bending spirally for hooping for columns, hooking ends & binding with & including mild steel wire (annealed) not less than 0.9mm dia or securing with clips quality complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Excavating in post holes each n.exc 0.5 cum getting out returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around in layers not exc 25 cm watering and removing surplus soil to a distance n.exc 50 m and making good surface complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M&L for MS work conforing to Fe-410-0 of Fe-310-0 Grade for fencing posts and struts in fencing including cutting bending top to shape as directed drilling holes matching for barbed wire, including fillet on back side of fencing post and all necessary drilling work and flat iron of size as directed as in fixing clamps or support to chain link fencing, stifners etc fixed with nut and bolts including making necessry holes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S & F, in repairs, Galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2 mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacings & straining and fixing to any type of post including screwing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples as directed including taking out existing damaged barbed wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Fixing only Chain link fencing using 4mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Chain link fencing using 4mm dia GI wire 75x75mm mesh including line wires, any mesh, size & type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of new steel and iron surfaces of any description over 10cms width or girth & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint over one coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

M & L for preparation of old steel and iron surfaces area of each not exe 0.80 Sqm of steel and iron posts & applying 2 coats of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.
