Supply, laying and testing of LT cable XLPE insulated screened, PVC bedded galvanized steel strip or wire armoured electric power cable (heavy duty) with aluminium conductor 1100 volt grade cross sectional area of size 16 sqmm 2 core including laid in trenches or fixing on poles or passing through pipes complete including taking out of old existing unserviceable cable any type any size, complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches in soft/loose soil not exceeding 1.50 mtr wide and not exceeding 1.50 mtr in depth for laying of cables and getting out complete all as specified and directed.

Returing, filling in, including spreading, leveling watering and well ramming inlayers not exceeding 25 cms thick each layer, compete all as specified and directed.

Removal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exceeding 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and directed.

Material and labour for sand cushioning with a layer of sand (Locally available river sand) 8cm thick before laying of cable and 15 cm thick after laying of cable in trenches, below and above / around UG cable for cable protection, complete all as specified and directed. Note - Punned thickness shall only be measured and paid.

Supply & laying old size sub class 'B' bricks laid flat in trenches over the cable with the length of brick perpendicular to the direction of cable length, adjacent/abutting each other, complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for earthing work complete with galvanised steel earth plate electrode 60 Cm X 60 Cm X 6 mm thick buried directly in ground vertically to a depth not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level with top edge of earth plate at a depth not less than 1.5 m below normal ground level and connected to galvanised earth lead wire 4.0 mm dia by means of bolts, check nuts and washers of galvanised steel and to be protected by GI pipe 15 mm bore light grade & connected to earth test point/main switch board or main control board and also providing charcoal or coke and salt in alternative layers, necessary excavation and earth work in any type of soil all as shown in Electrical Plate No 3 of SSR part -I. and also making arrangment of 20 mm dia bore galvanised iron pipe (medium grade) for water and making funnel, wire mesh,and also including provision of concrete pit cover framing work in PCC (1:2:4) type B-1 using 20mm graded of stone aggregate with XPM (weight not less than 4 Kg/Sqm) and outer frame work of angle iron 25x25x6mm with top concrete pit cover and handle for lifting of cover, complete work all as specified and directed .

Notes :- An amount of Rs.107523.00 on account of Credit Schedule for Schedule 'A' Part-II shall be deducted from total quoted amount of BOQ to arrive at the contract sum.
