Conveying the excavated earth,desilting materials dismantling concrete from the site to the distance of 15kms out side of the city limit including all initial lead, lift, loading and unloading with transportation charges etc complete as per the direction of departmental officers.

Plastering with cement mortar1:3 (One part of Cement and Three part of Plastering Sand (P- Sand)), 10mm thick in all floors including cost andconveyance of all materilas to site and labour charges etc,complete asper standard specifications

The window unit should be designed with allcorner joints mitred and fusion welded. Windowsshould be steel reinforced with 25 x 24 x 25mm steelreinforcement with a thickness of 1mm to havedimensional stability. The sash should be of 60 x102mm. The mullion should be of 60 x 74mm. Theprofiles should have co-extruded seals. Hardware: Allthe hardware like friction stays, handles should bescrewed with self tapping screws. The handles, locksshould be designed so that they cannot be releasedfrom outside. Glazing: The window system should beglazed with 5mm plain float glass / 6mm bison lamInstallation: The profiles should be cut to length andwelded 45 degrees. The window should be designedsuch that the water drainage does not pass throughthe reinforcement chamber. The window systemshould be fixed directly to the plastered brick wallusing self expanding nylon plug and driving mselectroplated screws into plug.
