Providing Consultancy Services for Improvement of Water Supply System in Mettur Municipality. Detailed scope of work are as follows : 1. Conducting Preliminary Field survey and collection of primary & secondary data from Municipality 2. Population Projection for the design horizon years, 3.Water Demand Estimation, 4. Preparation of Plan, Design and Analysis. 5. Preparation of DPR along with all general and drawings. 6. Preparation of Detailed Estimate and Abstract Estimate , Bid document for FULL Scale7. Preparation of Flow drawing 8. Preparation of PPT9. Assisting to get Administrative sanction and Technical Sanction from the competent authorities by attending remarks and quarries.10.The Final DPR /Drawings/Designs should be submitted with the Vetting of the Government institution. 11.Three sets of hard copies and soft copies for the entire item will be submitted. If additional copy required by the Mettur Municipality it should be submitted by the consultant .If any other Details /Documents/Designs /Drawings/Maps required by the Department, Consultant should be submitted.12.The Payment will be made based on the contractor quoted lowest tender percentage in final Approved AS amount only 1. Draft DPR & Obtaining Appraisal = 25 % 2. After obtaining A.S = 45 % 3. After obtaining T.S = 30% ---- 100 % Note: The consultant Should Quote the Percentage in Project Cost at column no 13(BASIC RATE In Figures To be entered by the Bidder)
