NSR 1 - Main Desk (Main desk+ERU+ Back Unit) for ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of main table as per the following specifications. The table size shall be in 1350 Width x 750 Depth x 750mm Height. The Top shall be in white cedar and black and shall be 18 mm PLB with PVC lipping. The side panels shall be 18 mm thickPLT with PVC .The Modesty panel shall be 18 mm thick PLT. The Modesty panel shall be in a combination of black & white cedar. ERU size shall be 1200 Width x 450 Depth x 750 Height. The top of ERU shall be 18 mm thick PLT with PVC lipping. The feature of ERU shall be that is common for both LHS nd RHS. The colour of ERU top shall be white cedar, side panels shall be in black and the Modesty panel shall be a combination of black & white colour. Pedestal size shall be 390 Width x 435 Depth x 529 Height. The top is 18 mm thick PLB. The two drawer mobile pedestal is available in one size . The top and drawer fronts shall be in white cedar while the other components shall be in black. Back Unit size shall be 750 Width x 425 Depth x 750 Height. It shall be a two door HDU (high density storage) with one adjustable shelf. The top and shutters shall be in white cedar while the shelf, side panels and the back panel should be in black. The top shall be 18 mm thick PLT with PVC lipping. The suite should either come with a single back storage unit or as a set of 2- unit placed besides each other. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate including all material, labour, taxes, transportation etc to complete but excluding GST.

NSR 2 - Instructor Table for Computer Lab, Incubation Center / Lab, HOD Room (PA Table) Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Table as per the following specifications. The overall size shall be 1200 Width x 600 Depth x 740 Height. The top shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated board. All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band all around. Side panels shall be made from 25 mm thick pre- laminated particle board. All the edges are sealed with 2 mm thick PVC edge band on the user side and 0.8 mm on the top and bottom side. The side panels have 2 glide screws each for leveling of the desk. Modesty panel shall be made from 18 mm thick pre- laminated particle board. All the edges are sealed with 0.8 mm thick PVC edge band all around. Free standing Pedestal shall be made from 18 mm pre- laminated particle board with a combination of 2 mm and 0.8 mm PVC edge band on all the exposed surfaces as per requirement. The drawers are provided with suitable slides for smooth operation. All the pedestal drawers are centrally locked with a single key. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. NSR 3 - 5 Seater Table for Research Scholar / Work station Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of 5 Seater Table as per the following specifications. The overall size shall be 1500 Width mm x 894 Depth mm x 750 Height mm. Top shall be made of 25 mm thick Pre- Laminated board with 2 mm thick PVC edge beading. The Understructure shall be having leg tube made from MS ERW also the top support shall be made from MS ' U ' brackets (3 nos.) welded to 63.5 mm dia. x 1.6 mm thick MS ERW tube . This is a fixed on top of the wooden Top using self - tapping screws, Finish - powder coated (avg . thick 40 microns ). Base shall be Made from MS ERW tubes, formed at one end & welded at other with MS ERW tube. This is a fixed at the bottom of the level adjustment facility has been provided. Finish shall be of Chromium (0.2 - 0.5 microns ) over nickel plating (10-15 microns ). The Modesty shall be Pre- Laminated Particle boards with matching PVC lipping of 1 mm thick along edges. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. NSR 4 - Work station Table for Research Scholar / Work station,Computer Lab ,Incubation Center /Lab Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Work station Table as per the following specifications. Panel & tile based modular workstation, with partition thickness as 52.4 mm thk and ht - 1200 including powder coated aluminium trims. The panel thickness comprises of 38mm (35 mm Minimum) thick paper honeycomb + 3mm MDF on each sides + 0.6mm decorative laminate or fabric on both sides. The fabric is upholstered with. Particle board framing is used on outer boundary of these blocks as well as intermediately at certain locations forming conduit for passing cables. These blocks are located in the mid segment of the panels and can be provided with cutouts for mounting switch boxes (above or below the worktops)Fabricated bottom frame for 52.4mm (50mm Minimum) panel comprises of L-channels made of 2mm thick CRCA steel (IS: 513), formed plates of 3mm thick HR steel (IS: 2062) & ERW steel tube of size 35 mm (30 mm Minimum) x15 mm (10mm Minimum)x1.6mm thick in oval cross section (IS: 7138) welded together. This frame is bolted to the uprights with M6 screws. Top tiles can be offered in variety of combinations. Work surface - out of 25 mm thk prelam particle board with flat pvc lipping edge banding of size 1500 mm w1 X 1200 MM w2 x 600 mm d. Pedestals with or without legs - pedestal flat metal front, full ht free standing central locking of size 390 mm w x 435 mm d x 646 mm ht 3dr = 2box+1file. The work shall be carried out as per the instructions and guidance received from engineer in charge. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). NSR 5 - 3 Seater Table for Office Room / Placement Office / Record Room Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Table as per the following specifications. Its overall size shall be in 1665 Width mm x 900 Depth mm x 740 Height mm. The top shall be 25 mm thick PLB with 2 mm thick PVC Edge Beading plus the Understructure shall be having C - Frames 1.6 mm thick MS supporting the top. The Legs shall be of dia. 38.1 x 1.6 mm thick MS ERW tube. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. The rate including all material, labour, taxes, transportation etc to complete but excluding GST.

NSR 6 - Chair for ASSOCIATE PROFESSOR / HEAD CHAMBER, ASSISTANT PROFESSOR Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Chairs as per the following specifications. The seat & back is made up of 1.2 ± 0.1cm thk. hot pressed plywood upholstered with synthetic leather over moulded High Resilience Polyurethane foam.* HIGH BACK SIZE: 51.8 cm. (W) x 75.2 cm. (H). * SEAT SIZE: 49.0 cm. (W) x 51.4 cm. (D). The HR polyurethane foam is moulded with density =55+/-2 kg/m³ and hardness 16 ± 2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The adjustable armrest is designed with the following features : • Up-Down adjustment– 8 steps (8.0±0.5cm range) • Height adjustable armrest structure which is chrome plated & fitted with an armrest top. • Fixed Armrest Top is PU moulded over metal insert. The adjustable tilting mechanism is designed with the following features.• 360° revolving type. • Single point control. • Front-pivot for tilt with feet resting on ground ensuring more comfort. • Tilt tension adjustment. • 4-position locking with anti-shock feature. • Seat/back tilting ratio of 1:2. Back can be adjusted in 5 positions by manually. Stroke of height adjustable spine is 7 cm. Back height adjustability is applicable for for High back and Mid back chair. The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 10.0 ± 0.3 cm. The pedestal is High Pressure Die cast polished Aluminium and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 65.0 ± 0.5cm. pitch-center dia.(75.0 ± 1.0cm. With castors.) The twin wheel castors are injection moulded in black PP.The tubular frame is powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns) cantilever structure & made of Dia.Ø 2.54 ±0.03cm. x 0.2 ±0.016cm.thk. M.S. E.R.W. Tube with a connecting M.S. Spine welded to it. Back spine is fitted to the frame assembly. Seat can be slide horizontally as per user convenience. Stroke of seat slide is 5 cm. This option is available for revolving pedestal type of chair. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). NSR 7 - Instructor Chair \ Chair for Class Room, Research Scholar / Work station, Seminer Hall, Computer Lab, HOD Room (PA Table), Office Room / Placement Office / Record Room. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Chairs as per the following specifications. The seat and back should be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood and upholstered with .fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The back foam should be designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The seat has extra thick foam on front edge to give comfort to political area. BACK SIZE shall be 47.5 cm. (W) x 69.5 cm (H) SEAT SIZE 47.0 cm. (W) x 48.0 cm(D). The HR polyurethane foam should be moulded with density = 45±2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests should be injection moulded from black Co-polymer Polypropylene. The mechanism should be designed with the following features: • 360° revolving type. • Upright-position locking • Tilt tension adjustment • Seat/back tilting ratio of 1:3. The pneumatic height adjustment has an adjustment stroke of 12.0 ±0.3cm. The bellow should be 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in black Polypropylene. The pedestal should be injection moulded in black 33% glass-filled Nylon-66 and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal should be 66.3 ±0.5cm. pitch-center dia. (76.3 ±1.0cm with castors). The twin wheel castors should be injection moulded in Black Nylon. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. NSR 8 - 2 Seater Table with Chair For Class Room Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of 2 Seater Table with Chair as per the following specifications. Desk Cum Bench size shall be 1500 Width mm x 895 Depth mm x 750 Height mm. Top & Seat Panel shall be 18 mm thick PLB (pre - laminated board ) with Back panel shall be 18 mm thick PLT . The Understructure shall be ERW Tubes of size 25.4 +/- 0.3 mm x 25.4 +/- 0.3 mm x 1.2 mm thk powder coated 50microns at base which are welded to desk and Seat supports that are made if 1mm thk powder coated 50microns MS C sections. Stiffeners that are provided between the 2 vertical frames at base and back of seat are made from ERW Tubes 25.4 +/- 0.3 mm x 25.4 +/- 0.3 mm x 1.2 mm thk powder coated 50microns. Tubes are closed with Plastic Caps. Additional horizontal supports of 1.5mm thk are placed below the desk and seat to add to rigidity of structure. Storage Shelves are made of 0.6 +/- 0.09mm thk powder coated 50 microns MS Sheet which is affixed below the desk top. Hookes are provided on either sides of vertical frame of desk for hanging bags/ bottles. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). NSR 9 - Work station Chair for Research Scholar / Work station, Computer Lab, Incubation Center / Lab. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Chairs as per the following specifications. The seat assembly shall be made up of 1.2 ±0.1cm. thick hot-pressed plywood and shall be upholstered with fabric upholstery covers and moulded Polyurethane foam. The dimensions of seat shall be 47.0 cm. (W) x 48.0 cm. (D). The back assembly shall be made of powder coated (DFT 40-60 microns) tubular frame of dia 2.54 ±0.03cm. x 0.2±0.016cm thk. MS ERW tube designed with contoured lumbar support for extra comfort. The back shall be upholstered using Net fabric with high tenacity yarn. The dimensions of back shall be 46.5 cm (W) x 60.5 cm (H). The HR polyurethane foam shall be moulded with density =45+/-2 kg/m3 and hardness load 16 ± 2 kgf as per IS:7888 for 25% compression. The one-piece armrests shall be injection moulded from black Co-polymer Polypropylene. The mechanism shall be designed with 360° revolving type, 17±2° maximum tilt m pivot at centre, Upright position locking., Tilt tension adjustment. The pneumatic height adjustment shall has an adjustment stroke of 11.0 ±0.3cm. The bellow shall be 3 piece telescopic type and injection moulded in Black Polypropylene. The pedestal shall be injection moulded in black 33% glass-filled Nylon66 and fitted with 5 nos. twin wheel castors. The pedestal is 66.3 ±0.5cm. pitch-center dia. (76.3 ±1.0cm with castors). The twin wheel castors shall be injection moulded in Black Nylon. Overall Dimensions of Chair shall be Seat Height - min 43.3 to max 54.3cm, Height - min93.5 to max 104.5cm, Width & Depth of Chair as measured from pedestal - Width-76.3 cm and Depth-76.3 cm. (Dimension tolerance +/- 5%). The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge. NSR 10 - Book case for Associate Professor / Head Chamber, Assistant Professor, Professor / Dean Chamber. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Book Case as per the following specifications. 4 Door Book Case shall have the configuration of 914mm(W)x320mm(D)x1742mm(H). The unique design provides the right rigidity to the Top hinged doors, which shall facilitate easy use. The Book Case shall be made from prime quality CRCA steel with anti rusting treatment. It shall have a Rigid Knock Down Construction. The Top Panel, Back Panel and Side Panel are made from 0.7mm high yield CRCA and other components from 0.8mm CRCA. Each door shall have a 6 Lever Cam Lock with Common Key. 3mm thick glass should be used in each door for clear inside vision which shall be secured in a metal frame through a rubber gasket. Scissor Mechanism should be provided in each door for receding inside the top of every compartment and it shall ensure parallel and smooth movement. Each door should be provided with plastic side end caps as handle which is easy to grip. Each compartment shall have a storage shelf with a UDL capacity of max 80 Kg. The 2 Door Book Case shall have 18mm PLB Top straight edge with PVC lipping. The finishing shall include Epoxy powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns. Manufacturing, Supplying and fixing of Almirah as per the following specifications. Overall Size shall be in 900(W) x 507(D) x 1950(H)mm. This shall have removable skirting to cover integral legs. It shall be Made from combination of CRCA 0.8 mm & 0.6 mm Thickness. It shall have Steel Hinged Door. 4 shelves for Almirah which are Completely adjustable over the total height of the cupboard. Handle & Base aesthetically appealing, Ergonomic, flush with door. 3 way 90 Degree Removable key type Cam lock & locking mechanism. Epoxy Powder coated to the thickness of 50 microns. Legs, Frame and bottom tie members shall be made of 18mm thick prelaminated particle board fixed to the top with high quality hardware like screws, metal inserts etc. (Dimension tolerance upto +/- 5%).The above entire unit shall be manufactured as per specifications, Line Sketches & as per the approval of the Engineer-In-Charge.
