S & F of plain galvanised mild steel sheeting 0.80 mm thick, in ridges, hips, valley gutters, drip and straight flashings(length and girth as fixed) with grade of zinc coating 275 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of pre-painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in sunshades ,roof covering, cladding to wall etc fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of mild steel work in tubular trusses (framed) /rectangular hollow section, purlines and fastening including distance pieces etc. including special shaped washer etc. complete using ERW or induction butt welded tubes conforming to IS 1161-1979 grade St.-240 complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete Fe 410-W (Gde-E-250) quality-A complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry built in cement mortar or cement lime mortar including all quions, wall, arches, pillars, man-holes, drain etc complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for burnt clay brick work with sub-class 'B' bricks, straight or curved on plan exc 6 m mean radius built in cement mortar 1:4 complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for rendering 15mm thick in CM 1:4 mixed with liquid water proofing compound on fair faces of brick work ,concrete surface of wall, fin, facia, chajjas, parapet and similar article finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed.

All as per srl item No 25 above but on other than fair faces

M & L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces of wall and applying two coats of Cement Base Paint over and including one coat of alkali resistant priming paint complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of existing roof treatment of any description such as worm out tarfelt, mortar of any description & any thickness, shrubs/roots ,vegetation, tree, terracing pcc/brick tiles, concrete bedding etc as directed and Cleaning of all foreign material debris etc by brushing and dusting, washing down with water etc ,surface shall be leveled with a layer of 20 mm thick screed bed in CM 1:4 including mixed with water proofing admixture as per manufacturer's instructions and applying roof treatment with 03mm thick APP modified membrane with non-woven polyster reinforcement(center core) with thermal insulation with plane finish on upper side of weight not less than 3.5 kg/sqm , laid by torch application method with overlap 100 mm on length side and 100 mm on the width side as per manufacturer's instructions over one coat of approved cold applied bituminous oil based primer (IS-3384) @0.30 litre/sqm complete all as specified and directed

M&L for preparation of newly steel and iron surface of any description width or girth exc 10 cm and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over and including a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M & L for preparation of old painted steel surfaces of any description over 10 centimeter width or girth and applying one coat of synthetic enamel paint complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 75mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

S&F in repair for PVC (SWR) pipes 110mm bore single socketed in any length with rubber ring joints fixed to walls complete all as specified and directed.

Supply only liquid water proofing compound all as specified and as directed.

M & L for repairing to chajjas, roof projection and facias of exposed reinforcement surface or damaged loose RCC surface including cutting down rusted/exposed reinforcement and applying one coat of cement slurry and filling with cement concrete 1:2:4 type B0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) and finished with cement mortar 1:3 using coarse sand. Thickness of RCC member not exc 150 mm including scaffolding up to 8.0m height complete all as specified and as directed . Note : No extra rates of scafffolding will be paid separately against this item.

M&L for Dismantling of wall and ceiling boards (fibre, plup, insulation, etc) or insulation boards/slabs /blankets, any thickness, including cover fillets complete all as specified and directed.

S & F of anodised aluminium snap grid frame work for suspended false ceiling system, grid section size 600mm x 600mm comprising of GI powder coated Main 'T'(Runner) of dimensions 25mm x 35mm x 0.7mm thick (suspended from the soffit @1200mm c/c with level clip) Cross Tee of dimensions 25mmx35mmx0.7mm thick (inserted fixed into the slots of cross "T" @ 600mm to form a grid of 600 x 600 mm) and wall angle 25mmx25mmx 0.7mm thick with and including 4mm thick HPSC(High pressure steam cured) pre-primed , self embossed textured designer board to be placed in the grid system duly suspended with 4mm dia GI bar hangers (@ 1200mm c/c to hold the main "T") fixed with steel dash through fasteners from purlins of the roof with butterfly clips(Wt-0.007 Kg/clip) hold down clips (Wt-0.0035 Kg/clip) with Provn of light fixture complete all as specified and directed

M&L for fixing in repair for asbestos cement plain building boards fixed or laid/ inserted to timber/GI/Alumi nium/iron framework with screws complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of cement concrete or lime concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified .

M&L for 75mm thick plain Cement concrete 1:3:6, type C-1 (using 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in plinth protection, apron, path and paving finished even and fair complete all as specified and directed.

Notes :- (a) The contract sum shall be arrived at after deduction of amount of Schedule of Credit. (Rs. 95,475.00). (b) PERFORMANCE SECURITY :- (Refer condition 19 of IAFW-2249) The performance security for an amount equivalent to 3% (Three percent) of the accepted contract sum shall be delivered by the successful bidder immediately after the date of intimation letter of acceptance and all provisions shall be applicable as per condition 19 of IAFW 2249
