Providing EPCM / PMC Consultancy services for the scope of work in EPCM Package-4, including Basic, Residual & Detailed Engineering, as applicable, Bid document preparation, tendering, bid evaluation, Purchase order/work order placement for materials procurement & services works, FEED preparation and Lining up the EPCC / LSTK / Package contractors, Co-ordination with other EPCMs, Assistance in pre-commissioning, Plant start-up, Commissioning & Performance Test Runs for the new 9 MMTPA Cauvery Basin Refinery Project at Nagappattinam, Tamilnadu.

Charges for Services rendered from Head / Home Office : To be paid on Lumpsum basis

Total Lumpsum charges for Consultancy services rendered from Head / Home office for EPCM / PMC services covered under the scope of EPCM-4 and Consultancy service charges for units/facilities on BOO covered under the scope of EPCM-4.

Charges for services towards Construction Management & Supervision: To be paid on Man-month basis

Resident Construction Manager [RCM] (Engineer-in-Charge)

Deputy RCM / Area Managers (90% of the quoted rate of RCM)

Engineers for various disciplines and other Officers for HSE, Labour Welfare, Stores Management, Documentation Controller, etc. (83% of the quoted rate of RCM)

Charges for services towards assistance in Pre-commissioning, Start-up, Commissioning & Performance Guarantee Test Run, etc. : To be paid on Man-month basis

Deputy RCM / Area Managers as Commissioning Specialists (90% of the quoted rate of RCM)
