M&L for Non skid coloured 7 to 8 mm thick area of each tile exceeding 0.11 sqm but not exceeding 0.18 sqm, in floor etc set and jointed in neat cement slurry and pointed in white or coloured cement to match, laid over 15mm thick screed bed in CM 1:6 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

50 mm thick cement concrete type C-2, 1:3:6 (using 20mm graded aggregate) as in plinth protection finished fair & even without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Plain cement concrete, 1:4:8 (Nominal Mix) type D-2 (using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate) as in surface channels or drains incl necessory form work and moulds etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

Extra for forming fair finished drain or channel 30 cm inner girth in cement concrete, using extra cement, incl forms, moulds, mitred / stopped ends etc complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

25 mm thick, plain cement concrete, 1:2:4 (Nominal Mix), type B-0 (using 12.5 mm graded crushed stone aggregates) as in floors finished rough surface to receive floor finishes complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-charge.

S&F mild steel work as in Hand rails, half round or other steel section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe-290 Gde E-65 complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.

M&L for framed work Fe-410-W (Gde E-250 quality - A) as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Dorrs etc., to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and incl either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging, fastening and fixing complete all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge.
