Schedule 'A' -Part I (B/R Works)

Dismantling/Taking out existing hessain base felt of any other existing water proofing treatment from roof including cement plaster and exposing the top surface of RCC slab including removing dust, dirt and washing the roof and removing the dismantled debris to a distance exceeding 200 m but not exceeding 3000m spread and leveled all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of surface with wire brush and remove loose particle & laitance, wash with clean water, damaged or hollow portion, sharp edges etc. must be cut and removed till the mother slab. Filling the cracks and damaged portion with polymer mortar and allow it to cure for 24 hrs. Brush apply the 1st Priming coat (Dr. Fixit primeseal or equivalent) on prepared concrete/plastered surface by diluting 2 parts of Primeseal with 1 (one) part of water and allow to dry for 04 (four) hours. Apply the first coat of waterproofing coating (Dr. Fixint New coat/ Waterseal Concentrate of M/s Krishna Conchem Products) without any dilution at the rate of 2 Sqm per liter over the primed surface. On the wet surface of 1st coat overlay a open-woven fibre glass mesh, min 40 GSM of size 2mm x 2mm and allow it to soak completely. Immediately apply the second coat with a roller, to ensure complete coverage of the fibre mesh. Apply the third coat after 6 to 8 hrs once the second coat is dry. Drying time between coats will be 6 to 8 hours all as directed and as per manufacturers instructions.

M&L for providing 10mm thick plaster in cement mortar 1:4 mixed with 3% integral water proofing compound over roof top surface finished to even & smooth without using extra cement all as specified and as directed. Note :- Integral water proofing compound will be measured and paid separately

Dismantling wrought iron or mild steel work of any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling plain or corrugated steel sheeting any description not otherwise provided for all as specified and as directed.

S&F Pre- painted galvalume aluminum zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheet 0.50mm thick of an colour having tensile strength of 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws all as specified and as directed.

S&F Roof trusses (framed), trussed, purlins, crane gantries, rails and fastenings and heavy bracket framing (Beam, tee, angle, channel or flat sections) including distance pieces, cleats etc. conforming to Fe-290(Gde E-165) all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel surfaces & apply two coat of synthetic paint over one coat of red oxide primer . Surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint all as specified and as directed.

Taking down cement plaster of stone /PCC block /brick wall / top of chajja, or concrete surface of any description including raking out joints hacking for key securing down with water etc and removal of debris to outside of INS mandovi area including filling of open joints in cement mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for rendering 10 mm thick in cement mortar 1:6 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surfaces finish even & smooth with using extra cement all as specified and as directed.

M & L for 15 mm thick (10+5) rendering in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of brick work or concrete surface with using WPC as per manufacturer instructions and finished surface even and smooth without using extra cement complete all as specified and directed Note - water proofing liquid shall be measured and paid separately

Supply only water proofing liquid.

M & L for 5mm thick plastering in cement mortar 1:3 finished even & smooth, without using extra cement on ceiling all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparing newly plastered surfaces of ceiling and applying three coats of white wash all as specified and as directed.

M&L for applying two coats of anti fungal weather proof paint over a coat of primer on newly plastered surfaces including preparation of surfaces all as specified and as directed.

M&L for preparation of newly plastered surfaces preparatory to distempering, Priming plastered and other surfaces with alkali resistant priming paint, 1mm thick wall care putty & distempering walls with two coats of distemper oil emulsion, white or tinted all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling water tanks and removing to store exceeding 250 ltr but not exceeding 500 ltr all as specified and as directed.

S&F 500 Litre capacity rotational moulded polyethylene water storage tanks (cylindrical vertical with closed top) hoisted and fixed in position all as specified in SSR Part I all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully copper / aluminium point wiring ( light, fan ,socket or power) complete including fitting and fixture such as switches, ceiling roses, pendants,regulators, socket, light fitting etc removing material to store for keeping in safe custody or for taking credit ( credit for above item should be made as as per condition separately) and making good disturbed surface of walls, floors etc complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down DB TPN, main switch, sheet metal enclosure all as specified and as directed.

Taking down sub main wiring aluminium/ copper of any size including earth continuity conductor on teak wood or conduit and removing from site and making good the disturbed surface of wall etc complete all as specified and as directed.

M & L for point wiring of one light point controlled by one switch with cable 1.5 sq mm copper cable in multi stranded unsheathed through concealed in wall with PVC conduit with all accessories including 1.5 sq mm cable conductor for earth wire including making connection with common earth earth dolly including pressed steel terminal boxes firmly fixed with pipe /wall and 3mm thick Hylem sheet or plastic masonite laminated sheet top cover fixed with brass screw for mounting switches sockets regulator etc all as specified and as directed.
