Demolition of cement concrete (un reinforced) in ground floor and paving n. exc. 15 cm thickness (below or above ground floor).

Demolition of brick work or stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, pillars, precast concrete blocks etc.

Taking down cement plaster etc on brick wall or stone walls etc including raking out joints, hacking for key, scrubbing down with water etc and disposed off unserviceable materials to out side MOD land complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling floor, hearth or wall tiling, stone including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the premises complete all as specified and as directed by Engr in Charge.

Taking down door chowkats or frames with shutters, any type (without taking off shutters from the frame) area not exceeding 1.50 sqm

All as per itme above but exc 1.5 sqm but n.exc 4.0 sqm each

Taking up or down 15mm bore steel tubing and connections, including cleaning for re- fixing or removal to store complete all as specified and as directed.
