Dismantling of wrought iron or mild steel work of any description all as specified and directed.

Dismantling posts or struts including GI barbed wire (wood,steel or RCC) from natural ground any section including taking out embedded portion and making good distrubed ground complete.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil each not exc 0.50 Cum and getting out returning, filling in and ramming earth around, in layers n exc 25 cm, watering and removing surplus soil to a distance not exc 50 Mtr and making good surfaces complete all as directed.

M&L for cemnt concrete 1:3:6 type C-2 using 40mm graded mechanically crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concret complete all as specified and directed.

S&F mild steel framed work such as grills, gratings etc with ends of bars shouldered and/or riveted, or forged into spikes; framed guard bars; barred iron doors; ladders; framed balusters; walk ways; railings; framework of water tanks and similar work conforming to Fe 410-W (Gde E-250) quality all as specifed and directed.

M&L mild steel Hand rails, half round or other stock section or core for wooden hand-rail straight portion, drilled and countersunk for balusters running bars, for doors, balusters, nosing to steps including embedding in concrete and screwing etc. wind ties for roof including securing bolts; posts and struts in fencing including cutting tops to shape as directed, drilling holes, notching for wire, etc.; flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting, etc., and similar work conforming to Fe 165 (Fe-290) complete all as specified and directed.

Mild steel screw bolt (machine made 11 to 15mm dia of shank with hexagonal or square heads at one end and screwed the other or screwed both ends each screwed and to fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut length of bolt n.exc 5cm long allas specified and directed.

M&L for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer including preparation of new steel surfaces of any description exceeding 10cm width or girth complete all as specified & directed.

Demolition of plain cement concrete of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for and removing all the rubbish all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:4:8) type-D2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate as in foundations, filling and mass concrete complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for PCC 1:3:6 type C-2 ( 40mm graded stone agg) 75mm thick in plinth protection laid in alternate bay all as specified and directed.

M & L for stone dust or sand base filling in floors or pavings, laid in layers n exc. 15 cm thick, spread, levelled, and blinded with earth and rammed including watering etc complete all as specified and directed.

Demolition of stone slabs and tiles of any description or thickness in floor, approns etc laid bedded and pointed in any mortar all as specified and directed.

Dismantling floor hearth or wall tiling including cement mortar bedding (but not backing), removing serviceable tiles to store and rubbish off the permises all as specified and directed.

M&L for machine pressed interlocking paver block any shape and size over and including 25mm thick sand cushioning and joints filled with fine sand confirming to IS-15658 2006 of 80mm thickness M-35 grade complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L for coloured Chequered cement concrete tiles 20cm x 20cm x 25mm thick, set,laid over 20mm thick screed bed in cm (1:6) of approved colour all as specified and directed.

Demolition of precast concrete block walling, brickwork of stone/ boulder masonry, built in cement mortar including all quoins, arches, pillars etc, but excluding ashlars facings, dressed stonework and precast concrete articles etc all as specified and directed.

M & L for providing precast cement concrete block masonary with solid blocks exc 10cm width, type C-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate and set in cement mortar (1:6) completeall as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No.18 herein before but except precast blocks i.e using serviceable precast blocks obtained from item No 10 hereinbefore all as specified and directed.

M & L for walling of random rubble, masonary uncoursed, well bonded, bedded and solidly hearted built in cement mortar 1: 6 all as specified and directed.

Description all as per item No. 20 herein before but except stone i.e using serviceable stone obtained from item No 10 hereinbefore all as specified and directed.

M & L Flush pointing to block in course or ashlar masonry on concrete block walling in CM 1:4 complete all specified and directed

M & L rendering 15mm thick in cement mortar 1:4 on fair faces of block masonary or concrete surfaces finished fair & even complete all specified and directed.

M&L for PCC (1:2:4) type-B1 using 20 mm graded stone aggregate as in lintels upto 1.5 m clear span, cills, steps; seismic and other similar bands, plinth courses, string courses, lacing courses, parapets and railings upto 60 cm in height, copings, kneelers, apex stones, bed plates, kerbs etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling of Plain or corrugated steel sheeting, any gauge, thickness, including ridges, hips, valleys and flashings all as specified and directed.

S&F pre- painted Galvalume Aluminium Zinc coating GI based corrugated steel sheets 0.5 mm thick of any colour having tensile strength 550 Mpa as in roof covering/cladding to wall, fixed with self tapping screws complete all as specified and directed.

S & F in repair galvanized 2 strand steel barbed wire 2.24 mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75 mm spacing and straining and fixed to any type of standard rail straining bolts, including securing or tying at crossing with and provision of galvanized mild steel wire, staple or steel pins etc complete all as specified and directed. (Each line wire to be measured).

Restraining, resecuring including making good staples to galvanised 2 strand steel barbed wire any dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacing and in any position etc complete all as specified and directed.

Dismantling fencing wire mesh,any type complete all as specified and directed

Supply only chain link MS galvanized fencing of any mesh size and type all as specified anddirected Note. Fixing shall be measured and paid separately.

Fixing only in repair chain link fencing including line wires, any mesh, size and type to any type of standards, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire complete all as specified and directed. Note : Chain link mesh will be measured and paid seperately.

Mild steel round barbs 10mm dia and over for securing chain link fencing cut to length bent to shape required incl binding bolting etc complete confirming to (on firming to FE 290-S) all as specifed and directed .

M & L stone boulder pitching, laid dry, hand packed tightly and pitching isgrouted with cement and sand mortar 1:6 complete all as specified and directed.

Excavation in trenches not exceeding 1.5m wide and not exceeding 1.5m depth for foundation & getting out in hard/dense soil complete all as specified and directed.

Taking up or down RCC hume pipe with or without collars including cleaning for refixing or removing to stores of any length 450mm dia including necessary excavation to remove pipes complete all as specified and directed.

M & L Reinforced cement concrete pipe 450mm internal dia, class NP2, laid and jointed complete with collars all as specified and directed.
