Material and labour including T&P for Dismantling of old 66 KV SF6 breakers from existing location, loading in road vechicle and transporting safely to E/M store yard of GE(N) unloading at yard at location as directed by Engineer-in-charge to keep it in safe custody complete all as directed by Engineer-In-Charge. Note:- All necessary arrangement of T&P for dismantlig and transport to shifting the dismantelled SF6 from 66 KV Grid to E/M store yard of GE(N) shall be made by contractor and cost of same shall be included in quoted rates

Material and labour T& P for testing of 66 KV SF6 circuit breaker and control Panel for all parameters of functioning from Govt/Semi Govt autority after commisioning complete all as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Material and labour for chemical earthing with copper earth plate 90x 60 cm x 5mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 metres deep below ground level) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metres below normal ground level, connected to Copper strip 50 × 6 mm as earthing lead (7.5 Meters) by means of Copper bolts, nuts, check nuts and washers of copper including macronite chemical 150 mm thick homogeneous layer all around the Copper earth plate, all as shown in electrical plate No 3 connected to earthing test point all as specified or indicated including testing on completion complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply, installation, testing and commissioning of indoor, floor mounted, dust & vermin proof, sheet steel fabricated Control & Relay Panel for 66 kV SF, Circuit Breaker, complete with all components as specified, conforming to IEC 62271 including providing and fixing numerical protection relay ((TFR Diff. PROTN relay-ABB-RET615/RET670, Siemens SIPROTEC 7UT82/7UT85, Scheinder Micom P632/P642 and OC/EF Relay DIR-ABB-REF615/REX615, Siemens SIPROTEC 7SJ66/&7SR51. Schneider Powerlogic P3/ Sepam Series 60/80)) suitable for 66 kV system, including all settings, wiring and testing providing and fixing Trip & Close Control Circuit including control switches, push buttons, indicating lamps and necessary interlocking, providing and fixing Annunciation Panel with hooter for fault indication, including all accessories and wiring, Ammeter with selector switch suitable for 3-phase system. Supply and fixing inluding termination of XLPE, Iinsulated , aromoured, heavy duty, power control copper cables of size 6 Sqmm 4 core from breaker to control panel including gland, lugs and dressing in trenches complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.

Supply and fixing in repair/replacement Bimettallic Clamp or T clamp or CT Clamp or Cross Clamps for connection of Zebra conductor with Cable end. CTs NCTS, Transformer HT Bushes complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge. Note : Each clamp will be considered as one item of work

Supply and fixing in replacement porcelain disc insulator string type 66 KV highest system Voltage 72 5kV short time cument 31.5 KA mechanical failing load Kgf for insulator string & their fitting will be 9000 Kgf Including taking down of old unsv disc insulator complete all as specified and as directed by Engineer-in-charge.
