(B) The major spares required for replacement to be measured and paid separately under respective items of this schedule. (C) After handing over of site, no specific information will be issued to the contractor for comprehensive/ routine maintenance of each DG Set from the JE. He has to carry out maintenance as his own way ensuring the smooth functioning of all DG Set upto the satisfactory of Engineer-in-Charge. (D) If the contractor fails to do comprehensive maintenance in satisfactory level including cleaning of surrounding area and all works also to maintain DG Set upto the mark in that case only complaint will inform to him by this office representative either telephonically or his registered e-mail. After inform still he fails to do within 24 Hrs then he is liabale for penalty of Rs 500 per day per DG Set and same will be deducted from his RAR.

M&L Dismantling of complete alternator from body frame of DG Set 100 KVA, Make -Kirloskar and transporting to civil work shop for lathe work like grinding,phasing edges etc complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

M&L Re-warnishing of stator winding complete with material in each layer of winding as per existing complete.

M&L Re-warnishing of field coil complete with material in each layer of winding as per existing complete.

M&L Re-warnishing of rotor winding assembly complete with material in each layer of winding as per existing complete.

M&L Re-arranging the top lamination by applying the varnish over coil in proper manner including soldering/ brazing, and provision of necessary insulating material as necessary and including drying the coil by baking in the oven on suitable temperature.

M&L Inserting the core assembly of coil after baking into the armature body and fixing complete as per existing.

S&F bearing set for the armature rotor as per existing complete.

M & L for replacement of battery terminals made of brass adjustable type including nuts & bolts for tightening complete all as specified and directed by the Engr -in-Charge.

M & L for replacement of battery connecting cable set consisting of two single core 70 sqmm copper conductor multistranded cable with sleeves including provision of copper lugs each 1.5 mtr long for making connections with the battery terminal to the alternator(Self Starter) of DG Set complete all as directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Supply and fix in replacement of new fan belt suitable for DG set of any type and capacity as per existing size or sample complete all as directed.

Opening, checking, adjusting and tightening of tappet complete by torque wrench by applying proper pressure as per manufacturer norms including replacement of tappet cover gasket of following capacity :-

M & L for rewinding of self starter coil, 12 Volts or 24 Volts any rating , with existing size of copper winding wire including varnishing and replacement of bush bearing, carbon bush, clutch plate set, pinion etc for DG set complete all as directed .

M & L for replacement of ignition switch with key and wiring complete suitable for 25 KVA to 200 KVA all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

S&F in replacement of Solenoid Switch 12 Volt/24 volt suitable to 25 KVA to 200 KVA DG Set or as per existing complete all as directed

M&L for replacement of asbestos rope as per exsiting size on exhaust pipe complete

M&L for replacement of Engine Oil for DG set of any capacity

M& L for cleaning of radiator of any type and capacity of DG set complete including necessary welding & brazing complete all as directed

Supply and fix in replacement of battery charger to be fixed in amf panel for continuous charging of battery of capacity AC, single phase 240 Volt, 10 Amp or 20 amps capacity complete all as directed.

Supply only distilled water in packed PVC container for lead acid battery complete all as directed.
