M&L for preparation of new or previously untreated steel or iron surfaces of any description over 10 cm in width or girth, not otherwise described and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) n. exc 1.50 Sqm each with and including including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down chowkats or frames with shutter (without taking off shutter from the frames) exc 1.50 Sqm but not exc 4 Sqm each with and including making good the disturbed surfaces as original with CM (1:6) or PCC (1:2:4) type B0 complete all as specified and as directed.

S&F aluminium powder coated frame for doors, windows, ventilators and partation with one or more rebates including joining cleat for fixing etc complete all as specified and directed

S&F anodised powder coated aluminium door shutters (single / double leaf) aluminium section weighing 0.55kg/m including necessary joining cleats, al powder coated glazing clips, rubber neoprene packing, Al powder coated handles 2 Nos in each door, Al powder coated tower bolt 02 Nos, hinges 03 Nos, Al powder coated snap beading, screws, door stopper 01 No etc. complete all as specified. Note :- Glass pane and particle board shall be measured and paid seprately.

S&F anodised powder coated window and ventilator shutters in three track sliding (whichever the case may be ordered to sliding horizontally or vertically) with two or more shutters with sliding arrangement with two or more shutter rubber beading and glazing clips using aluminium sections weighing not less than 0.55 Kg/M inclusive aluminium handle / handle slot, locking arrangement etc complete all as specified and directed (Note :- Glass pane/wire mesh shall be measured and paid sepertely)
