Construction of 30 Mtr span foot bridge for Government Senior Secondary School Lohara Tehsil Amb Distt Una SH Co Sub structure Superstructure and approaches

Excavation in earth work in foundationfor all type of bridge in all kind and classification of soil such as pick work, jumper work, pick jumper work, blasting work and hard blasting work and saturated soil any other mixed verity of soil in dry or saturated condition upto any depth and lift upto any height including chiseling/wedging out rocks where blasting prohibited dewatering pumping or bailing out water where required and/ removal of slush seprately as directed which may arise during the execution including stacking the serviceable and unserviceable material and then returning stacked soil in any thickness of layers when required into plinth side of foundation etcetera consolidating each deposited layers by ramming and watering then disposing of all surplus unserviceable excavated earth as specified dumping place complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications clause 301 and direction of Engineer-in-charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, GST, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing and laying in plain cement concrete 1:3:6 (one cement isto three sand isto six graded/crushed stone aggregate 40mm (forty millimeter) nominal size mechanically mixed , placed in foundation and compacted by vibration curing complete including cost of centring and shuttering in foundation and plinth level as per drawing and MORTH technical specifications section 1500, 1700 and 2100 and direction of Engineer-in- charge including carriage of materials/machinery required to execute the work in all leads and lifts and other incidentials.The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, GST , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Providing and laying mechanically mixed and mixed and vibrated concrete for plain/reinforced cement concretee grade M-20 (M- twenty) design mix in substructure with minimum cement contents not less than 344 kg (three hundred fourty four kilogram) per cubic meter on ground or under water including pumping or bailing out water/ dewatering (surface and sub soil water) and removal of slush as required at site which may arise at the time of laying concrete, for all heights /depths and any quantum of water in abutments, piers etcetra and the like including cost of form work and curing complete as per MORTH technical specification section 1500, 1700 and 2200 complete and as per direction of Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of material within abutments, and return walls, and pier footing all leads and lifts and other incidential. The rate includes octroi.royality, Malkhana, toll tax, GST, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt

Providing Supplying, fitting and placing HYSD bar reinforcement (Fe 415 of make TATA/SAIL) in substructure of bridge including bending, binding, strengthing of bars and cost of binding wire complete as per drawing and MORTH technical specification section 1600 and 2200 and as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge, including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals.The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, GST , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC:83 (pt.1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all aceessories as per drawing and technical specifications and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/ depths and other incidentals charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, GST , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Supplying, fitting and fixing in position true to line and level forged steel roller bearing conforming to IRC:83 (pt.1) section IX and clause 2003 of MORTH specifications complete including all aceessories as per drawing and technical specifications and carriage of material within all leads, lifts/ depths and other incidentals charges as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge. The rate includes octroi , royality , Malkhana , toll tax, GST , labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Govt.

Backfilling with granular material behind abutment, wing wall, retaining/breast wall and return wall complete as per drawings and MORD technical specification section 1200 & clause 710.4 of IRC 78 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Providing weepholes in brick masonry/stone masonry, plain/reinforced concrete abutment, wing wall, return wall with 100 mm (one hundred millimetres) dia PVC pipe extending through the full width of the structures with slope of 1(V):20(H) towards drawing face complete as per drawing and MORD technical specification 2014 clause 2706 as per the direction of the Engineer-in-charge , including carriage of materials within all leads and lifts and other incidentals. The rate includes octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax , GST or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Steel work welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work approved make i.e.TATA/JINDAL San HARVIC Steelman Industries P.D. Industries metal windows, Chandni Industires Ganpati Udyog (Rajpura) , including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including launching with all relevent arrangements such as launching material, machinery and other equipments required for launching and applying a priming coat of red lead paint in trussed steel bridges of all spans and heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.

Industries metal windows, Chandni Industires Ganpati Udyog (Rajpura), including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position including all relevent arrangements as required in stringers, treads, landing etcetra including use of chequered plate in trussed steel bridges of all spans and heights as per the direction by the Engineer in charge including entire carriage of materials with in all leads and lifts and other incidentials . The rates are inclusive octroi, royality, Malkana, toll tax, sale tax, goods service tax, labour cess or other taxes imposed by the Government.
