Supply and fixing main hoist rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal dia 13mm heavy duty suitable for 08 passenger lifts installed at Arjan Vihar including taking down old unserviceable one all as specified and directed by Engr-in-Charge. (Make:- USHA MARTIN/ MAHADEV ELEVATORS/ BHARAT WIRE ROPE LTD/ SHREE STEEL WIRE & ROPE LTD.).

Supply and fixing of complete pit pully assembly made of cast iron suitable for 08/13 passenger lifts installed at Arjan Vihar of M/s TKE India Pvt. Ldt. make lifts including taking down old unserviceable one for serving G + 5 = 6 stories as per site requirement and manufacturer instructions and testing on load complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge.(Make :- As per OEM recommendation).

Supply and fixing of OSG rope of size 6 strands x 19 of nominal dia 6 mm including taking down old unserviceable rope for the lifts installed at Arjan Vihar complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-Charge. Supply & fixing of Door limit switch for the 13/08 passenger of Johnson make lift complete with wiring connecting including taking down old unserviceable one complete all as specified and directed. ( Make- As per OEM Recommendation)

Notes :- (i) The repair work shall be done through respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd, M/s TKE India Pvt. Ldt. and M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. (ii) The contractor will have to submit MOU on stamp paper of Rs 100/- duly notarized, as per specified Performa given on page No 93 & 94 from respective OEM of existing lifts i.e. of M/s Johnson Lifts Pvt. Ltd, M/s TKE India Pvt. Ldt. and M/s OTIS Elevator Co. India Ltd. within Twenty Eight days from date of Acceptance of tender. If the delay from OEM side to submit the MoU, the contractor to be submit evidence to the Accepting Officer and permission to be obtained from Accepting Officer for delay in submission of MoU.
