SCHEDULE 'A' PART-I (REPAIRS OF LT OVER HEAD LINES, UG CABLE AND ITS CONNECTED WORKS)

Excavation in trenches n.exc 1.5 M wide and n. exc 1.5 M depth and getting out in hard/dense soil for removing / taking out burnt cables complete all specified and as directed.

Returning, filling in incl spreading leveling, watering and well ramming in layers n.exc.25cm thick complete all specified and as directed.

Removing excavated material to a distance n.exc 50 M and depositing where directed at a level n.exc 1.5 M above the starting point complete all specified and as directed.

Supply and spread river sand in trenches for cable cushioning complete all as specified and directed.

Supply and lay burnt bricks of old size sub-class B for cable protection including taking town of old bricks all as directed & as specified.

Supply and lay LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC /XLPE sheathed armoured multistranded heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland on both termination where necessary including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board, testing and commissioning etc including taking out existing unserviceable cables of following sizes complete all as directed & as specified:-

(c) 4 core 16 Sqmm

(d) 4 core 25 Sqmm

Laying only for LT under ground cable 1100 volts grade PVC /XLPE sheathed armoured multistranded heavy duty electric cable with aluminium conductor laid in trenches/ duct / walls including cable gland on both termination where necessary including laying, connecting to various switches in panel board, testing and commissioning etc including taking out existing unserviceable cables of following sizes complete all as directed & as specified:-

(e) 3.5 core 150 Sqmm

(f) 3.5 core 120 Sqmm

(e) 3.5 core 70 Sqmm

(e) 3.5 core 35 Sqmm Note for Item No. 8 :- LT UG cable for Item No. 8.01 to 8.02 shall be issued under Schedule 'B' under free of cost

Cutting the existing bituminous road / cement concrete surface to the required width and depth for laying pipe lines and returning filling in, removal of surplus material complete all as specified. Note: PCC for making good the top level to match raod surface shall be measured and paid separately.

Material and labour for 150mm thick Plain Cement Concrete 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded stone aggregate for making good the disturbed road surface after laying of pipe line over returned filled and compacted earth surface to match with existing road level complete all as specified and as directed..

Supply and fix in repair of Straight through joints (epoxy) for underground cable including joint kits and labour complete for making joints suitable for LT PVC sheathed / armoured heavy duty cables with aluminium conductor of following sizes :-

LT UG cable 4 core 16 to 25sqmm

LT UG cable 3.5 core 35 to 70sqmm

LT UG cable 3.5 core 120 to 185sqmm

Supply and lay steel tubes, 'light grade' galvanised, with all fittings; of bore of tube 80mm laid in trenches for drawing cables under road/drain crossings etc including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Material and Labour for Rigid non-metallic PVC Conduit 32mm dia. inclusive of all tees, bends, elbows, reducers etc. laying on floor, wall complete for protection of LT UG Cable including taking down old pipe all as specified and directed.

Supply and Fix in repairs MCCB 4 POLE 415 volts adjustable type,directly fixing to board/panel /walls all as specified and directed of following capacities:-

(a) 160 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

(b) 200 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

(c) 250 Amps with breaking capacity 36 KA

Repair and welding work to the existing panel board indoor/outdoor and provision of hinges for door if necessary and lock arrangement with provision of pad lock with keys,cleaning inside and out side the pane from dust dirt and all unwanted elements by heavy duty blower, and spraying gel to remove moisture, making good the elctric connection, wirings and cleaning the welding surfaces by rubbing and polishing and painting with one coat of synthetic enamel paint all is specified and directed.

Material & Labour for servicing of automatic electric operated boom barrier. with microprocessor / PLC based control panel , push button, remote control (60 to 80 metre range), drive mechanism with motor sensor to prevent closing on vehicle, checking, greasing and lubricating moving parts, bearings, gears etc., servicing of following control panel and internal drive system accessories complete all as per manufacturers instructions:- (a) 24 V, DC Motor (b) Non reversible reduction gear (c) Gear motor lock system (d) Internal shock absorber (e) Counter weright spring (f) Limit switches (g) Emergency battery (h) Magnetic card reader and sensors (j) Photo cell column & safety photocells etc.

Material and labour for replacement of Aluminium barrier (6 mtr length) complete with all safety standards and with IP 54 protecting rating as per sample & complete all as per manufacturers instructions. Note for item No. 17 & 18: (a)Repair work shall be carried out by authorised dealer only (b)One year warranty shall be given by the firm wef the date of completion of works. (c)Makes of material as per exisiting make

Material and labour to charging gas refrigerant R 22 Make : Mafron/freon in the AC plant complete all as specified and directed.
