M&L for preparation of new steel surface of any description over 10cm in width or girth and applying two coat synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for roof treatment by cleaning of roof slab surfaces by sweeping, clean & washing down with water to remove dust & providing water proofing treatment with polymeric standard water proofing membrane complete comprising of following steps:- (a) Applying evenly a tack coat of industrial bitumen 85/25 @ 1.20 Kg/Sqm. (b) Supply and laying APP based polymeric membrane minimum weighing 3 kg/sqm and minimum 3mm thick duly reinforced with polyster non wove fabric (wt. not less than 150 gms/sqm) laid on primed surface by forced torch application including coping on the surfaces with torch application of membrane with 10cm over laps as required complete. (c) Applying two coats of aluminium paint @ 0.2 kg/sqm complete all as specified and directed.
