Carving and turning on legs to match easy chair.2 ½”thick foam 40 density on seat and 1 ½” foam 32 density on back over required frame work/ plywood etc. Seat and back to be upholstered with approved cloth. as/Photostat. Buffet Table Cum Service station 10’-0”x2’-0”x2’-8” Made of ¾” thick HDHMR board with ½” thick HDHMR ply for drawers & 1mm thick laminate on all outer exposed areas. The top and open shelf of the service station should be finished with Italian marble stone with double moulding over ¾” th. HDHMR Board .08 mm thick laminate inside the drawers and cabinets . Shutter made in ¾” th. HDHMR Board with laminate in front with stainless steel handle finish as/app. All necessary hardware as/approved make, to be of high quality Like Stainless steel handles, catchers, hinges, drawer channels etc. Teak wood skirting should be 1 ½” x3” duly polished as per approved colour scheme (16 Gauge) Complete in all respect with the prior approval of EIC.
