CONSULTANCY SERVICES, COMPREHENSIVE DESIGN AND PROJECT MANAGEMENT UPTO COMPLETION OF ENTIRE PROJECT FOR PROVISION OF 50 MTR WATER WORK-UP STATION FOR AT INS MANDOVI, GOA

Providing comprehensive multidisciplinary consultancy services for planning, detailed engineering, surveying, design, preparation and submission of complete Architectural, Structural, Civil, Building & Roads (B/R), Electrical, Mechanical, Plumbing (MEP), Swimming Pool Hydraulic System, Filtration Plant, Fire Protection System, Detailed Estimates, Bills of Quantities (BOQs), Yardsticks, Market Rate Analysis, Draft Tender Documents and all other allied engineering services required for execution of the work "Provision of 50 MTR Water Work-Up Station for at INS Mandovi, Goa", complete in all respects, including obtaining approvals from User Authorities, MES, HQ CE (Navy) Mumbai and all concerned statutory authorities, all as specified and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge.

The consultancy shall include carrying out detailed Topographical Survey using Electronic Total Station (ETS), DGPS/RTK GPS and Drone Survey (where required), utility mapping, preparation of Digital Terrain Model (DTM), contour survey, benchmark establishment, existing utility survey, site grading, cross-sections, longitudinal sections and preparation of all survey drawings required for planning and detailed engineering. The existing Soil Investigation Report shall be provided by the GE Office for design purposes. The Consultant shall critically review, verify and assess the adequacy of the geotechnical investigation for all proposed structures. If, in the opinion of the Consultant, additional boreholes, field investigations, laboratory testing or confirmatory geotechnical investigations are required for safe, economical and code-compliant design, the Consultant shall recommend, plan, supervise, interpret and incorporate such investigations into the final design. The Consultant shall remain fully responsible for the adequacy and safety of the foundation design based on the verified geotechnical parameters. The consultancy shall include preparation of Design Basis Reports (DBR), detailed engineering calculations,

Good for Construction (GFC) drawings,technical specifications, detailed estimates, BOQs, yardsticks, market rate analysis, draft tender documents and all associated engineering documents for the following buildings, structures and connected infrastructure:-

(a) Carrying out detailed topographical survey of the entire project area including contour survey, benchmark establishment, existing utilities, roads, drainage, buildings, trees, electrical installations, underground services, spot levels, utility mapping and preparation of Digital Terrain Model (DTM), contour plans and survey drawings required for planning and design.( APPROX TOTAL AREA- 30000 Sqm)

(b) Construction of 50 MTR Water Work-Up Station measuring 50.00 M × 6.00 M × 6.00 M, complete with permanent RCC structure, diving board, side walk, overflow gutter, pool deck, ladders, underwater lighting, lane markings, embedded fixtures, stainless steel accessories and all associated civil, structural, architectural, hydraulic, electrical and mechanical services.

(c) Construction of Change Room Complex comprising Change Rooms, Shower Area, Toilets, Sanitary Annexe, Store Room, Reception, Entrance Hall, Administrative Room and associated facilities of permanent RCC construction (Approximate Plinth Area 352.15 Sqm).

(d) Construction of Elevated RC Stepped Seating Gallery complete with staircases, ramps, accessibility provisions, handrails, guard rails and associated external works.

(e) Construction of Filtration Plant Building including Pump House, Duty Room, Chemical Room, Electrical Control Room, equipment foundations and all associated Electro-Mechanical installations (Approximate Plinth Area 467.13 Sqm).

(f) Construction of Substation Building complete with transformer yard, HT/LT distribution system, earthing and associated electrical infrastructure (Approximate Plinth Area 74.00 Sqm).

(g) Construction of RCC Balancing Tank having a storage capacity of 4,00,000 Litres, complete with valve chambers, pipe galleries, access chambers, waterproofing system and all associated civil, structural and mechanical works.
