Earth work in excavation by mechanical means (Hydraulic excavator)/manual means over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 sqm on plan) including getting out and disposal of excavated earth lead up to 50 m and lift up to 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-charge. as per HSR 4.14

1 :3: 6 ( 1 Cement : 4 coarse sand (zone-Ill) : 8 graded cum stone aggregate 40 mm nominal size as per HSR Item No. 6.1.5

Brick work with common burnt clay modular bricks of class designation 7.5 in foundation and plinth in: Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR 7.21.1

Providing and laying damp-proof course with cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand (zone-Ill): 4 graded stone aggregate 12.5mm nominal size) 25 mm thick as per HSR 6.8.3

Centering and shuttering including strutting, propping etc. and removal of form for Suspended floors, roofs, landings, balconies as per HSR 6.30.3

Steel reinforcement for R.C.C. work, where not included in the complete rate of RCC, including straightening, cutting, bending, placing in position, binding, wastage, overlaps, welded joints, spacer bars, chairs, stays, hangers and annealed steel wire etc. complete in all respect below plinth level; Thermo-Mechanically Treated bars of grade Fe-500D kg or more. as per HSR 6.33.6

Providing and laying in position R.C.C excluding cost of C.E Shuttring & reinforcement all works upto Plinth as per HSR item No. 6.14.1 ( 1:1:5:3 ) 20mm Normal Size

12 mm cement plaster of mix; 1 :4 (1 cement: 4 fine sand) as per HSR 11.5.3

Providing & laying average 6mm thick POP Coating on walls, Ceiling, beams and lintels etc. complete in all respects as approved by the Engineer-In- Charge. as per HSR 11.57

Providing wood work in frames of doors, windows, clerestory windows and other frames, wrought framed and fixed in position with hold fast lugs or with dash fasteners of required dia & length (hold fast lugs or dash fastener shall be paid separately); Kiln seasoned and chemically treated Hollock woodas per HSR 12.1.3

Providing and laying 60mm thick factory made cement concrete inter1ocking paver block of M -30 grade made by block making machine with strong vibratory compaction, of approved size, design & shape, laid in required colour and pattern over (BIS 15658:2006) and including 50mm thick compacted bed of coarse sand, filling the joints with line sand etc. all complete as per the direction of Engineer-in-charge. as per HSR10.76

Providing and laying brick tiles over mumty roofs, grouted with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) mixed with 2% of integral water proofing compound by weight of cement, over 12 mm layer of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) and finished neat: With common burnt clay non-modular brick tiles of class designation 10 as per HSR 9.14.1

Providing gola 75x75 mm in cement concrete 1: 2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 stone aggregate 10 mm and down gauge), including finishing with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand) as per standard design : In 75x75 mm deep chase as per HSR 9.17.1

Pointing on brick work or brick flooring with cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement : 3 fine sand):Flush / Ruled/ Struck or weathered pointing as per HSR 11.25.1

Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08 % and conforming to I.S. 15622, of approved make, in all colours & shade, in skirting, riser of steps, over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg/ sqm including grouting the joint with white cement & matching pigments etc. complete Size of Tile 500x500 mm as per HSR 10.67.1

Providing and fixing 1st quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer ) of approved make in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer-in-Charge in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement Mortar 1 :3 (1 cement: 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3kg per sqm including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete per HSR 10.58

Colour wash to give an even shade 11.62.2

Finishing walls with water proofing cement paste 11.92.1

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware pedestal type water closet (European type W.C. pan) with seat and lid, 10 litre low level white P.V.C. flushing cistern, including flush pipe, with manually controlled device (handle lever), conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete, including cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required as per HSR 22.23.1

Providing and fixing white vitreous chinaware flat back or wall comer type lipped front urinal basin of 430x260x350 mm and 340x410x265 mm sizes respectively with flushing cistern with standard flush pipe and C.P. brass spreaders with brass unions and G.I clamps complete, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls and floors wherever required; Range of three urinal basins with 101itre white P.V.C. automatic flushing cistern: as per HSR 22.25.4

Providing and fixing wash basin with C.I. brackets, 15 mm C.P. brass pillar taps, 32 mm C.P. brass waste of standard pattern, including painting of fittings and brackets, cutting and making good the walls wherever require: White vitreous chinaware Wash basin size 630x450 mm with a pair of 15 mm C. P. brass pillar taps as per HSR22.1.1

Providing and fixing 600x450 mm bevelled edge mirror of superior glass (of approved quality) complete with 6 mm thick hard board ground fixed to wooden cleats with C.P. brass screws and washers complete. as per HSR 22.209

Providing and fixing C.P. brass long nose bib cock of approved quality conforming to IS standards and weighing not less than 810 gm; 15 mm nominal bore. as per HSR 22.105.1

Kail wood planking planed on both sides, rebated and fixed in position including nails and screws etc; 30mm thick; Plaining on both sides as per HSR 12.23.2.1

Providing and fixing rectangular high density polyethylene water storage loft with cover, conforming to ISi : 12701, colour of opaque white or as approved by Engineer-in-charge. The rate includes making necessary holes for inlet, outlet & over flow pipes. The base support i/c fittings & fixtures for tank shall be paid separately as per HSR 22.182(1000 Litres)

Providing and fixing on wall face Unplasticised Rigid PVC rain water pipes conforming to IS : 13592 Type A, including jointing with seal ring conforming to IS : 5382, leaving 10 mm gap for thermal expansion, (i) Single socketed pipes. 110 mm diameter as per HSR 9.57.2

Providing and fixing modular type accessories of approved make in existing box including fixing and making necessary connections, complete in all respect; 5 amp 1 way switch as per HSR 23.8.11.1

Supply and erection of Modular case circuit breaker single pole/4 pole on existing wall/pedestal/Panel including bounding to earth and making necessary connections required to complete the job in all respect up to the entire satisfaction of the Engineer-in-charge of the work; Double pole MCCB 16 to 63 Amp, 25 Ka HSR 23.22.1.1

Providing and fixing Piano type accessories of approved make in existing box and Bakelite sheet including fixing and making necessary connections, complete in all respect Switch 5 amp. on existing sheet as per HSR 23.8.1.1

Fixing of LED Tube light/ 2*2 ft square panel fitting directly on wall /ceiling or false ceiling including making connections etc as required as per HSR 23.20

Providing and fixing 8 mm dia C.P. I S.S. Jet with flexible tube up to 1 metre long with S.S. triangular plate to European type W.C. of quality and make as approved by Engineer - in - charge as per HSR 22.38

Providing and fixing P.V.C. low level flushing cistern with manually controlled device (handle lever) conforming to IS : 7231, with all fittings and fixtures complete as per 22.39.1

Providing and fixing M.S. holder-bat clamps of approved design to Sand Cast iron/cast iron (spun) pipe embedded in and including cement concrete blocks 10x10x10 cm of 1:2:4 mix (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size), including cost of cutting holes and making good the walls etc. : For 100 mm dia pipe as per HSR 22.53.1

Providing and fixing double equal plain invert branch of required degree: 100x100x100x100 mm as per 22.66.1 Sand cast iron S&S as per IS - 1729

Brick work with common burnt clay non-modular bricks of class designation 7 .5 in superstructure above plinth level up to floor IV level in all shapes and sizes in : Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per HSR 7.22.1
