Checking and identifying complaints of window/ split type ACs with voltage stabilizers etc., of any make and any capacity and making it 100% functional complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: (a) Spares required to be replaced for the functioning of the AC shall be measured and paid separately under relevant item as supply only. (b) Quoted rates includes labour cost for taking down old items and fixing new one.

WINDOW TYPE AC

Taking out the existing burnt/ unserviceable compressor unit from 2.0 /1.50 TR capacity of window type Airconditioner and replacing the same with factory built hermatically sealed compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials and carry out leak test by charging with CO2/ dry nitrogen gas. After arresting leakages by welding work etc., evacauting the system and charging of R-22 Refrigerant gas after ensuring leak proof condition and test to the satisfaction complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Servicing of Window type AC 1.5/ 2.0 TR on capacity of any make/ model by taking out the ACs, Cleaning of evaporating coil, condensing coil with water and brush to remove dust including cleaning of filter, greasing oiling of fan motor and checking of electric circuit for smooth functioning of ACs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge. Note: Spares required to be replaced shall be measured and paid separately under respective items.

Supply only blower motor, single phase, 230 volts 50 Hz with capacitor and mounting materials, suitable for 2.0 ton and 1.5 ton capacity of window type ACs complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only thermostatic switch for 2.0 ton and 1.5 ton window type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only Airfilter pad of suitable size and thickness for 2.0 ton /1.5 ton window type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only running capacitor for 2.0 ton /1.5 ton window type AC 35+6 MFD, 230 V AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only metallic/ PVC fan blade of existing size and type for 2.0/ 1.5 ton window type AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Supply only 4 MFD 230 V AC capacitor complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Material and labour for charging of refrigerant R-22 including cost of welding leak detection and refitting the same in entire system, including replacing defective liquid strainer and capillary tube. Testing and commissioning complete to the satisfaction of Engr-in-charge for 1.0 TR/1.5 TR window AC complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

SPLIT TYPE ACs

Taking out existing burnt/ unserviceable compressor unit from the following Air conditioner rotary/ reciprocating type and replacing the same with new factory built hermatically sealed compressor unit including necessary accessories and mounting materials, carryout leak test by charging with CO2/ dry nitrogen gas. After arresting the leakes by welding etc., evacuating the system and charging of R-22/ R410/ R32 refrigerant gas as required after ensuring leak proof condition and testing for the following Air conditioners complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.

Dismantling and taking down carefully the existing indoor and out door units of tonnage 1.5/2 TR from the existing positions for complete servicing, cleaning, greasing and maintenance and refixing the outdoor and indoor units after servicing/ maintenance with necessary copper tubing with insulation including gas charging and connecting with stabilzer etc., and testing for its proper functioning complete all as specified and as directed by Engr-in-charge.
