Taking out existing CC interlocking paver blocks from footpath/ central verge, including removal of rubbish etc., disposal of unserviceable material to the dumping ground, for which payment shall be made separately and stacking of serviceable material within 50 metre lead as per direction of Engineer-in-Charge.DAR No.16.83

P/L of cement concrete 1:3:6 (1 cement : 5 coase sand : 10 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) and curing complete i/c cost of formwork in foundation and floors. PWD SOR Ch. 8 DAR No. 4.1.6

Brick work with common burnt clay (non modular) bricks of class 150 in foundation and plinth in Cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement : 4 coarse sand) as per DAR 6.1.1.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing well-graded material, spreading in uniform layers with motor grader on prepared surface, mixing by mix in place method with rotavator at OMC, and compacting with smooth wheel roller to achieve the desired density, complete as per Technical Specification clause 401.

Providing and laying of interlocking concrete block pavements having thickness 80mm as per drawings and Technical Specification Clause 1504 (Exclusive G.S.B.) Ref. to MORD 1500(6.7)

Providing and laying in position cement concrete of specified grade excluding the cost of centering and shuttering, all work upto plinth level 1:1.5:3 (1 cement : 1.5 coarse sand : 3 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size) including supply of all materials, labour T&P etc. As per DAR 4.1.3

Providing and laying in position specified grade of reinforced cement concrete, excluding the cost of centering, shuttering, finishing and reinforcement. 1:1.5:3 (1 cement: 1.5 coarse sand (zone- III): 3 graded stone aggregate 20mm- All work up to plinth level. Ref. To DAR 5.1.2

12mm Thick plaster with cement mortar in proportion of 1:4 (1 cement: 4 coarse sand) as per DAR 13.8.2

Mild steel or iron in plain work such as reinforced concrete or reinforced brick work (when not included in an overall rates) wrought to required shape as necessary including bending for proper completion of work and including supply of all steel and wastages and overlapping and hookes as per Chap-10, SCH. P.W.D./D.S.R. 504
