Material and labour for repair and calibration of PT Pump as per calibration procedure and norms for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set installation and testing of the same after completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair and calibration of DG Set governor mechanism as per calibration procedure and norms for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set installation and testing of the same after completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repair and calibration of fuel injectors including replacement of barel plunger and cup 'O' rings alongwith Plunger spring,Roller bearing,FIP, element,Delivery valve,Fuel injector nozzle element for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and testing of the same after completion, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for repairs/ replacement of turbo charger including replacement of charger kit with all unserviceable parts and testing after completion for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA capacity DG Sets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair & Replacement of auto voltage regulator complete with wire connection and connecting to existing field coil 12/24 Volt DC for cap of 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA, complete all as specified and as directed.

B' checks maintenance for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set all as specified and directed. Spares/ parts make shall be as per DG Set manufacturer.

Material & labour for taking out radiator assembly from existing DG set (7.5 KVA to 40 KVA) and repair to radiator tank, cleaning complete with anti corrosion chemical C-cleaner/ radiwash cleaner and fixing/ making radiator leakage proof, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fix in replacement of slip ring made out of brass or copper moulded in epoxy compound with lead/unserviceable parts etc of battery alternator complete in all respect and testing after completion for 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Sets, complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling and taking out carefully defective water pump assembly 7.5 KVA to 40 KVA DG Set and opening into parts cleaning servicing and drying up the spares and sort out the damaged/defective parts and re-fixing the same after replacement of water pump repair kit and water seal unit including pump belt, complete all as specified and as directed.

Repair and replacement of worn out parts of self starter 24 volts DC as under: - i) Replacement of Auxiliary coil Set –01 set. ii) Replacement of Maint coil set - 01set. iii) Replacement of Armature- 01 each. iv) Replacement of Commutator -01 each. v) Replacement of Bentex with bush -01 each. vi) Replacement of Pinion/spur gear -01 each. vii) Replacement of carbon brush with holder -01 each set.

All as per item No.31 here-in-before but capacity of self starter 12 Volt DC.

Battery lead copper wire with thimble and terminal heavy duty made out of brass & 100 cm length of lead.
