Supply and fixing in repair Desert Cooler set (body of size 27.5 inch x 27.5 inch x 33 inch) made out of GI plain sheet of 20 SWG with front grill including all assembly like motor pump, fan blade, wood pads and cable with plug & transportation charges complete all as directed by Engr-in-Charge.

Supply and fixing in repair desert cooler body of size 27.5 inch x 27.5 inch x 33 inch made out of GI plain sheet of 20 SWG and side panels of 22 SWG without front grill but with and including nuts, bolts, and washer including painting the inner side of the body with two coats of anticorrosive black paint and outer surface with two coats of silver ash hammerton paint with spray gun machine complete all as directed.

Taking out the unserviceable fan motor from desert cooler of any make and type from AGE E/M (Refg/WS) store yard / site locations and carry to local civil workshop dismanting the fan motor complete, removing the copper/aluminium burnt winding, cleaning the stator and then rewinding the stator with supper enamlled copper winding wire of suitable turn and gauge as per the original with proper insulation including varnishing, providing all high grade material and class 'B' varnish for insulation including painting the body of fan Motor with two coats of synthetic enamel paint, reassembling the complete fan motor and depositing the desert cooler at AGE E/M (Refg/WS) store yard or re-fixing at site / locations as per direction of AGE E/M (Refg/WS) and testing complete all as directed. Note :- (i) The cost of Material and Labour for supper enamlled copper winding wire , High grade material class 'B' varnish is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (ii) Ball bearing , shaft , gun metal bush if replaced shall be measured and paid separately under apprpriate items of BOQ as a supply and fix in repair. (iii) The T & P/Vehicle will be arranged by the contractor at his own cost to carry fan motor for repairing to local civil workshop and back and the cost is included in this item and nothing shall be paid extra on this account. (iv) Sample and Make of supper enamlled copper winding wire and varnish high grade material and class 'B' shall be approved by Engineer-in-Charge.

Providing two Nos of technician and two Nos of helper to the refrigeration subdivision for attending and resolving day to day complaints of refrigerator/ deep freezers/ water coolers of any capacity in Bhatinda cantt area and repairing / installation / shifting / wiring / connecting / commissioning / testing / replacement of any item or component of above mentioned equipments locating at ground floor / first floor / second floor / third floor installed at various places of cantt and also installing at its original position if required after resolving complaints complete all as directed. Opening and removing the Compressor, Condensor coil of the Refrigerator of capacity 286 ltrs / 310 ltrs / 350 ltrs of any make, cutting the rusty unserviceable lower portion of the body cover including supply, fabrication and fixing the lower portion made out of MS sheet as per original size and shape, reassembling the refrigerator, scratching out the old paint with emery paper and making the surface smooth and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint of original shade / coulor on full body of refrigerator by using spray gun and applying anti corrosive black paint with spray maching to compressor and condenser coil complete all as directed.

All as per serial item No 30 above but for capacity of Refrigerator 175 ltrs.

Material and labour for removing the existing old aluminium sheet of Deep freezer of any capacity, removing the existing condenser tube and cleaning the surface with CTC solution and fitting of new copper tube of suitable size including PUF insulation and covering with new aluminum sheet and making the surface as original one complete all as directed. Note: (i) Cost of PUF insulation and aluminium sheet if required are included in this item and nothing extra shall be paid in this regard. (ii) Copper pipe and gas charging shall be measured and paid separately under respective item.

Material and Labour for flushing out the condensate from gas system by creating vacuum, leakage testing of the system, injecting CTC solution for demoistureing the system and charging R-134 gas upto the required pressure complete all as approved and directed.
