Excavation for earth work in all kinds of soil with hydraulic excavator of adequate bucket capacity including cutting and loading in tippers, trimming bottom and side slopes in accordance with requirment of line grades and cross section and transporting to the embankment location with all lifts and lead within airport premises and construction of embankment with approved materials deposited at site from roadway cutting and excavation from drain and foundation of other structures graded ,compacted to meet requirments as per specification and as directed by E/C.

Consolidation of sub-grade with road roller of 8 to 12 tonne capacity including making good the undulation etc, with earth or quarry spolls etc. And rerolling the Sub-grade.

Construction of granular sub-base by providing close graded material confirming to specifications mixing in a mechenical mix plant at omc carriage of mixed material by tippers to work site for all leads and lifts spreading in uniform layers of specified thickness with motor grader on prepared surface and compacting with viberatory power roller to achieve the desired density complete as per specifications and directios of engineer incharge with material confirming to grade 2nd (size range- 53mm to 0.075mm) having CBR value- 25.

Providing laying spreading and compacting grade stone aggregate (size range 53 mm to 0.075mm) to wet mix macadam (WMM) specification including premixing the material with water at OMC in mechanical mix plant carrage mixed material by tipper to site, for all leads and lifts layng in uniform layers with mechanical paver finisher in sub-base/ base course on well prepared surface and compacting with vibratory roller of 8 to 10 tonnes capacity to achieve the desired density complete as per specification and direction of Engineer -in charge.

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense Bituminous Macadam(DBM) using crushed stone aggregate of quality, size and grading as specified and cement filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification, drawings and as directed by the Engineer-in-Charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete [for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade .(VG-30) shall be taken as 1 10 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler material.

Providing and applying tack coat using hot straight run bitumen of grade VG - 30, confirming IS : 73 including heating the bitumen, spraying the bitumen with mechanically operated spray unit fitted on bitumen boiler, cleaning and preparing the existing road/runway surface as per specifications complete in alrespect as per direction of EIC : (a). On bituminous surface @ 0.35 Kg / sqm

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Semi Dense Asphaltic Concrete (SDAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality ,size and grading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscosity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels, grade and camber as per specification ,drawing and directed by the Engineer-in-charge including compacitng with 8-10 tonne,preferably vibratory road roller and adequate capacity to achieve the specified values o compaction, strength, surface accuracy complete ( for tendering purpose VG bitumen of grade-30 contents shall be taken as 120 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt. Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler material.)

Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality ,size andgrading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscocity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels,grade and camber as per specification,drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction,strength,surface,accuracy complete ( for tendering purpose Vg bitumenof grade Vg-30 contents shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt.Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler material.)

Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate no of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer -in-charge i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales oil , grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats).

Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of bitumen emulsion as 0.70kg/sqm. If the actual quantity of bitumen emulsion varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen emulsion shall be done as per ra te in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.

Disposal of road material like GSB, WMM, DBM, Concrete Pavement etc. similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved location in airport premises by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead,for upto 3 km leads including all lifts involved.

Electricial works :

SH-I: Supply Works Supply of LED elevated type MIRL omni directional taxiway/turning pad edge light fitting with all accessories electronic driver, Led module,breakable coupling,rubber gaskets, two pin secondary lead, blue lens etc. complete in all respect with CI baseplate suitable to mount on existing CI housing box and 6 nos. stainless steel bolts & suitable to operate on output of 15 W,20A/6.6A or 6.6A/6.6A series isolating transformer etc. complete with as per compliance with ICAO standards and conforming to specifications.

Supply of C.I Isolating Transformer Housing Box, Triple hole type water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and a clear hole on three sides surface. Two Nos. of holes of size 65mm dia at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm OD HDPE/GI pipe and check nuts, as required and another one no. hole of size 45 mm at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI Box suitable to receive one no. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nut as required. The box should have three nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom & 2 Nos. holes of 20 mm dia for incoming and outgoing GI Earth wire & suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base cover plate and bolts complete as required as per the drawings.

Supply of CI Housing box of height 150mm suitable for installation of the existing fitting, single hole type, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and having 1No. clear hole of size 45 mm centre at one side surface just above bottom surface suitable to receive one nos. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nuts with elbow, as required and another hole adjacent to the said whole to receive one no. 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and check nut suitable for incoming of GI Earth wire. The box should have One nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate , as per drawing, complete as required.

Supply of 1C X 16 sq mm sizes copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, antitermite and antirodent treated AFL cable generally confirming to IS 1554/ Part-II as ammended uptodate and as specified in particular specification.

Supply of 1C X 6 sq mm sizes copper conductor, 5 KV grade, PVC insulated, PVC sheathed, unshielded, antitermite and antirodent treated AFL cable generally confirming to IS 1554/ Part-II as ammended uptodate and as specified in particular specification.

Supply of 2C x 2.5 Sq.mm, copper PVC insulated and PVC sheathed ,voltage grade 650 volt secondary lead cable of 8 mtre lengths with male & suitable Cu Connecting terminal at ends suitable for HIRL elevated light/Inset type edge light/isolating transformer etc. complete as required.

Supply of 5 KV grade plug and receptacle of type 1 class B connector and suitable field attachment with 5 KV grade PVC insulated PVC sheathed single core 1X 16 sq mm copper conductor cable confirming to the specified specification etc complete as required.

SH-II: ITC Works Installation of Transformer housing box of approx height 450 mm with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing One no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for drainage of water & Two no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for incoming of Earth GI Wire including excavation of side shoulder and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes (wherever the transformers are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc complete as required

Installation of CI housing box of approx height 150 mm with a base concrete of 1:3:6 of size 630 x 630 x 100 mm thick all round concrete of 1:2:4, 150 mm thick the top sloped with 1:2:4 cement concrete including providing and fixing One no. 2" long projected 32mm dia MS pipe with check-nuts suitable to receive one no. 40 mm. dia HDPE pipe & fixing with elbow(120 degree) & One no. 10" long 1/2" dia "B" class GI pipe with check-nuts for incoming of Earth GI Wire including excavation of side shoulder and refilling, adjustment of CI boxes (wherever the fittings are in a line the same has to be aligned in such a way that the centers fall in a straight line) etc.etc complete as required and as per the drawing & specification.

Installation, testing, commissioning and numbering of omni directional LED taxiway/turning pad MIRL elevated fitting i/c installation of isolation transformer, crimping 16/6 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with existing16/6 sq.mm cable including alignment, levelling, earth connection etc. all complete as required and except supply of all fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles and isolating transformer etc.

Laying of 63mm outer dia HDPE /GI pipe in the soil / ground up to depth of approx 0.5 meter including covering with excavation and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required.

Laying of 40mm outer dia HDPE/GI pipe in between transformer housing box complete etc as required excluding excavation & refilling

Laying of one number PVC insulated and PVC sheathed / XLPE power cable of 1.1KV/ 5 kV grade Airfield cable of size upto 16 sq. mm/secondary lead cable in the existing HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe etc complete as required.

Providing and laying 6 SWG dia G.I. wire in HDPE/RCC/ HUME/ METAL pipe/existing trench or along with pipe for loop earthing etc complete as required.

ITC of plug and receptacle making necessary connections to isolating transformer along with suitable HT insulation tape & PVC insulation Tape etc complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 1X16 size Sqmm AFL cable of PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 5.0 KV grade etc complete as required.

Supplying and making straight through joint with heat shrinkable jointing kit including ferrules and other jointing materials for 1X6 size Sqmm AFL cable of PVC/ XLPE insulated and PVC sheathed copper conductor cable of 5.0 KV grade etc complete as required.

Earthing with G.I. earth pipe 4.5 metre long, 40 mm dia including accessories, and providing masonary enclosure with RCC Cover is to be provided alongwith hook for lifting purpose and having watering pipe etc. with charcoal/ coke and salt etc complete as required

Providing and laying earth connection from earth electrode with 6 SWG dia G.I. Wire in 15 mm dia G.I. pipe below ground level from earth electrode including connection with G.I. thimble excavation and re-filling etc complete as required

SITC of top cover/plate made with 5 mm thick MS sheet suitable for existing 330mm dia CI box i/c 6 nos M10 ( SS) bolts, painting , etc. complete as required.

Painting of HIRL fittings with ISI approved enamel paint (double coat) with yellow paint and serially numbered with black paint of suitable size etc complete as required.

Providing and laying in position cement concrete 1 :2:4 (1 cement : 2 coarse sand : 4 graded stone aggregate 20 mm nominal size) approx 100 mm depth around/near housing boxes,approach road etc. complete as required
