Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler material.)
Providing and laying of Hot Mix Dense asphaltic Concrete (DAC) using crushed stone aggregate of quality ,size andgrading as specified and 2% cement by weight of aggregates as filler of quality as specified and Viscocity Grade Bitumen (supplied in bulk) in proportions as per job mix formula and laid to specified levels,grade and camber as per specification,drawing and as directed by the Engineer -in-charge including compacting with 8-10 tonne, preferably vibratory road roller of adequate capacity to achieve the specified values of compaction,strength,surface,accuracy complete ( for tendering purpose Vg bitumenof grade Vg-30 contents shall be taken as 135 kg/m3 of mix supplied in bulk produced by Govt.Refineries and 2% cement by weight of aggregate as filler material.)
Painting runway/taxi track/apron marking with adequate no of coats to give uniform finish with road marking paint of superior make as approved by the Engineer -in-charge i/c cleaning the surface of all dirt, scales oil , grease and other foreign material etc. and lining out complete. New work (Two or more coats).
Providing and applying primer coat with bitumen emulsion SS1 grade conforming to IS:8887 on prepared surface of granular Base including clearing of surface and spraying primer at the rate of 0.70kg/sqm using mechanical means complete in all respects as per direction of Engineer-In-Charge. The contractor shall quote his rates assuming quantity of bitumen emulsion as 0.70kg/sqm. If the actual quantity of bitumen emulsion varies from the quantity assumed above, necessary cost adjustment for deviation in the quantity of bitumen emulsion shall be done as per ra te in actual supply voucher from nearest refinery at the time of execution. The rate of bitumen emulsion exclusive of GST shall only be considered for payment.
Disposal of road material like GSB, WMM, DBM, Concrete Pavement etc. similar unserviceable, dismantled or waste materials by mechanical means, including loading, transporting, unloading to approved location in airport premises by Engineer-in-charge, beyond 50 m initial lead,for upto 3 km leads including all lifts involved.
Electricial works :
SH-I: Supply Works Supply of LED elevated type MIRL omni directional taxiway/turning pad edge light fitting with all accessories electronic driver, Led module,breakable coupling,rubber gaskets, two pin secondary lead, blue lens etc. complete in all respect with CI baseplate suitable to mount on existing CI housing box and 6 nos. stainless steel bolts & suitable to operate on output of 15 W,20A/6.6A or 6.6A/6.6A series isolating transformer etc. complete with as per compliance with ICAO standards and conforming to specifications.
Supply of C.I Isolating Transformer Housing Box, Triple hole type water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm, height 450mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and a clear hole on three sides surface. Two Nos. of holes of size 65mm dia at 75 mm above bottom surface suitable to receive 63 mm OD HDPE/GI pipe and check nuts, as required and another one no. hole of size 45 mm at 175 mm from the bottom of the CI Box suitable to receive one no. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nut as required. The box should have three nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole (4" away from the hole centre) and having a drain hole at the bottom & 2 Nos. holes of 20 mm dia for incoming and outgoing GI Earth wire & suitably tapped to receive 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base cover plate and bolts complete as required as per the drawings.
Supply of CI Housing box of height 150mm suitable for installation of the existing fitting, single hole type, water tight round type, metal container of outside size 330mm made of 10mm thick cast iron moulding all round, except the top surface, which is 15mm thick cast iron moulding and having 1No. clear hole of size 45 mm centre at one side surface just above bottom surface suitable to receive one nos. 40mm OD HDPE/GI Pipe and check nuts with elbow, as required and another hole adjacent to the said whole to receive one no. 15mm dia, "B" class GI Pipe and check nut suitable for incoming of GI Earth wire. The box should have One nos. SS earth bolts of M10 x 40mm tapped inside near the hole and having clear opening of 220mm at the top surface and 6 Nos. M10 tapped threaded hole at the hole centre 260mm to receive fitting base plate , as per drawing, complete as required.

Installation, testing, commissioning and numbering of omni directional LED taxiway/turning pad MIRL elevated fitting i/c installation of isolation transformer, crimping 16/6 Sq.mm plug and receptacle with existing16/6 sq.mm cable including alignment, levelling, earth connection etc. all complete as required and except supply of all fixture, secondary lead, plug & receptacles and isolating transformer etc.
Laying of 63mm outer dia HDPE /GI pipe in the soil / ground up to depth of approx 0.5 meter including covering with excavation and refilling the trench, consolidation and making good the surface etc. complete as required.
Laying of 40mm outer dia HDPE/GI pipe in between transformer housing box complete etc as required excluding excavation & refilling
