AUGUMENTATION AND UPGRADATION OF HT POWER SUPPLY TO MD AND OTM ACCN AT BATHINDA MIL STN

B/R PORTION

Surface excavation not exceeding 30 cm deep and averaging 15 cm deep and getting out in soft/ loose soil including cutting of grass, roots, bushes if any and dressing complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for 100 mm thick PCC (1:4:8) type D-2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregates as in sub base complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying/fixing 60 mm thick (M35 grade) precast interlocking tile/paving block factory casted (made by using PVC/ Rubber moulds on Vibrating Table Machine) using grey cement and pigment, prepolished & preglazed, shape haxagon / trigular / zigzag / I-shaped etc, as directed, confirming to relevant IS, having compressive strength not less than 350 Kg/ Sqcm, laid over and including 25mm thick layer of sand and filling the interstices etc with sand complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Factory made kerb stone of size as directed with plain fair faces, chamfers, weatherings, slightly rounded or chamfered angles etc made by using PVC / Rubber moulds on Vibrating Table Machine with grey cement and no pigment with PCC M-20, nominal mix, laid and setting in cement mortar (1:4) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying 20mm graded crushed stone aggregate in base of electrical equipment complete all as specified and as directed.

Excavation in post holes (or similar holes) in soft/loose soil not exceeding 0.50 cum each, getting out, returning filling in and ramming earth or broken rubble mixed with earth around, in layers n. exc 25 cm including removing of surplus spoil to a distance n exc 50 mtr and making good the disturbed surfaces complete all as specified and directed by Engineer-in-Charge.

Material and labour for PCC 1:3:6 type C2 using 40 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in foundation filling and mass concrete, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Mild steel work angle iron fencing posts & flat iron including embedding in concrete and screwing etc., post and struts in fencing including cutting tops, bending to shape, drilling holes, notching for wire etc., flat iron fillets (for securing wire mesh etc.) Including all necessary drilling, bolting or riveting etc.of Fe-290 Gde E -165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply only chain link mild steel galvanised fencing (mesh size 100mm x 100 mm, 10gauge dia wire), complete all as specified and as directed. Note : The weight of chain link fencing shall be ascertained by BOO as ordered by GE and payment shall be made accordingly. BOO duly counter signed by GE shall be enclosed with final bill.

Fixing only chain link fencing any mesh, any size and type to any type of standards, including fixing of line wires/round bars, rails, straining bolts, etc. including provision of binding wire, complete all as specified and as directed. Note:- Supply only line wire mesh and round bars shall be measured and paid separately under appropriate item of this schedule

Supply only 10 mm dia MS round bar for fixing of chain link fencing with post, complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Galvanised, 2 strand, steel barbed wire 2.24mm dia barbed with 2mm dia barbs at 75mm spacings and straining and fixing to any type of standard rails straining bolts, including, securing or tying at crossings with and provision of galvanised mild steel wire, staples or steel pins, etc. as directed, (each line wire to be measured) complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing Mild steel screw bolts not exceeding 5cm long having dia of neck 5 to 10 mm, (machine made) with hexagonal or square head at one end and screwed the other, or screwed both ends, each screwed end to be fitted with washers and one hexagonal or square nut, complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for Framed work as in doors or gates of angle or other section with gusset plates, rails, braces, etc., complete, drilled for fixing of steel sheeting or other covering. Doors, etc. to be prepared for hanging or sliding with and including either hooks and hinges or steel hanging door fittings (exclusive of steel sheeting or other covering, running rails and guides) and hanging; also fastening and fixing complete conforming to Fe.290.Gde-E-165 complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for two coats of synthetic enamel paint over & including a coat of red oxide primer over new steel & iron surfaces of any description, exceeding 10 cm in width or girth including preparation of surfaces complete all as specified.

Material and labour for preparation of new steel surfaces of any description, not exceeding 10cm in width or girth when unconnected with other painting or when painted in a different tint and applying two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer complete all as specified and as directed.

E/M PORTION

Dismantling/taking down ACSR conductor from HT poles (over head lines) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down earth wire from HT poles (over head lines) complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down cross arms of MS channel or angle section etc from HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking down insulator any type and size from HT poles complete all as specified and as directed.

Dismantling/taking out cement concrete pole any size including PCC of pole complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts / under roads/ hard standing /along poles HT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 (E) volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 240 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -2011) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection (Factory inspection ) of HT cable shall be carried out by the representative of the Accepting Officer. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of inspection well in advance. All incidental expenditure for getting the inspection/testing in the factory premises shall be borne by the contractor including transportation and administration arrangement for the rep of accepting officer without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and laying or fixing or laid in trenches/ ducts / under roads/ hard standing /along poles HT cable XLPE, PVC insulated screened, bedded, galvanised steel strip or wire armourd cable (heavy duty) 11000 (E) volt grade with stranded aluminium conductor having cross sectional area 185 Sqmm 3 core conforming to IS-7098 (Part-II -2011) complete all as specified and as directed. Note : (i) Excavation and earth work, sand cushioning, PCC cover & GI pipe shall be measured and paid for separately. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection (Factory inspection ) of HT cable shall be carried out by the representative of the Accepting Officer. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of inspection well in advance. Material and labour for CPRI tested INDIAN / INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS IS : 13573/1992/IEC; 60502/CENELEC ; HD 628.1 & 629.1 / 1EEE; 48/VDE;0278 cold shrinkable end termination joint outdoor type dielectric strength 15KV/mm, tensile strength 1x10E12 N/Sqmm, Elogation 300%, Volm resist 1x10E11 ohm.cm suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 120 to 185 Sqmm 3 core armoured 11000 volt grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for CPRI tested INDIAN / INTERNATIONAL STANDARDS IS : 13573/1992/IEC; 60502/CENELEC ; HD 628.1 & 629.1 / 1EEE; 48/VDE;0278 cold shrinkable end termination joint outdoor type dielectric strength 15KV/mm, tensile strength 1x10E12 N/Sqmm, Elogation 300%, Volm resist 1x10E11 ohm.cm suitable for HT XLPE cable of size 240 Sqmm 3 core armoured 11000 volt grade heavy duty complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply, installation, commissioning and testing of 11KV, three way 11KV, V+V+V, 630Amp, 21KA for 3sec SF6 insulated one side extensible, outdoor compact switchgear consisting of three Nos of motorised vaccum circuit breaker in SF6 insulated stainless steel enclosure with series trip, self powered microprocessor based numerical over current and earth fault relay with LCD display for relay setting and internal battery backup along with interconnection between HT switchgear and transformer shall be using 3x1Cx240Sqmm A1, unarmoured XLPE cable, RMU should be internal arc type tested for 21KA for 1sec rating equal for both steel tank and cable compartment. DC supply will be in scope of bidder so accordingly suitable auxilary trafo and battery with battery charger considered with RMU, CT & PT's units with following specifications, complete all as specified and as directed: -

(ii) Each VCB includes : Motorised VCB with position ON-OFF Manual Bus side disconnector with three position switches ON-OFF-Earth Self powered relay for overcurrent & earthfault protection with RS485 port suitable for SCADA connectivity MODBUS (as per design of OEN) Mechanical indicators for positions ON-OFF-Earth Mimic diagram at the front facia of RMU 3x2 core CT (300-150-50/1A, class 5P10 & class 0.5, 2.5VA) Fixed capacitive voltage indicator Pad locking facility Provision for connecting maximum 1Rx3C300Sqmm cable

(iii) Accessories with RMU : Operating handle - one No Cable boots - one set per feeder (iv) Metering Panel includes : Aux trafo-11KV / Root3/415V/Root3, 500VA, 3.15A Battery 2x12V, 26AH VRLA & Battery charger 24V DC 10A

Note :- (i) Drawing of RMU's shall be approved by GE before fabrication/placement of order. (ii) Pre dispatch inspection (at Factory premises) shall be carried out by the representative of the Accepting Officer. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of inspection well in advance. All incidental expenditure for getting the inspection/testing in the factory premises shall be borne by the contractor including transportation and administration arrangement for the rep of accepting officer without any extra cost to the department. (iii) Pre-commissioning test shall be carried out by SEI from HQCESWC, in case of non availibilty of SEI, rep of AO shall carry out pre-commissioning test. All arrangements shall be done by the contractor without any extra cost to the department.

Supply and erecting Prestressed cement concrete poles 11.0 metres long of cross section 152mm x 152mm at top and 152mm x 260mm at bottom class-9 complying with requirement of IS-1678 1998 including painting with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of primer black and white strips 30CM wide each (05 Nos) up to 1.5 Mtrs height from coping & numbering of poles complete all as specified. (Note:- Excavation, earthwork and PCC shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Material and labour for Cross arms, bracings, supports, clamps and back plates fabricated from structural steel sections including nuts, bolts, washers, welding, bending cold or hot, drilling holes for bolts, in any shape or size as indicated or directed and inclusive of one primer coat, one under coat and one finishing coat of aluminium paint complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply & fixing switch air break gang operated, triple pole, mechanically operated, mounted on insulator and steel frame with operating machanism worked from ground level using heavy duty GI pipe, for current rating upto 400 Amp, outdoor type (conforming to IS specifications) HT 11 KV, triple pole with fixed contacts of phosphorous and bronze and a set of drop out HT fuse assembly, fuse carrier fitting, 12 insulator type mounted on MS channel operating rod with pad lock arrangement, fixing on two pole/four pole structure complete all as specified and as directed.

Material and labour for cable route indicator post of size 500x300x100mm made of precast cement concrete (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20mm graded stone aggregate, rounded tops as directed and grouting in ground with PCC (1:3:6) type C-1, using 20 mm graded stone aggregate block of size 350x150x200mm, including 5 mm thick plastering all round of exposed surface of post above ground with CM (1:4) and finished even and smooth without using extra cement, applying two coats of cement base paint on plastered surface including writing letters (like HT UG cable, __ feeder etc.) with synthetic enamel paint in brown colour in suitable size including earth work and form work complete all as specified and as directed.

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade of size 100 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/wall or laid in trenches, under floor for cable protection including fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Supply and fixing GI tubing light grade of size 150 mm bore, ISI marked, fixed along poles/wall or laid in trenches, under floor for cable protection including fittings complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Excavation and earthwork if required shall be measured and paid separately under respective item of Sch.)

Boring hole/Excavation minimum 0.6 mtr below the existing top surface of GL for holes under road, pavement, hardstanding by trenchless technology using ultra sound technique and necessary machine including inserting/passing HDPE pipe of 150mm dia suitable for 0.4mpa working pressure, including removal of surplus soil and making good disturbed surface complete all as specified and as directed.

Supplying and laying Factory made un-reinforced precast concrete cable cover, class HVP, type 2 with peak ISI marked, size 450mm x 180mm x 40mm, confirming to IS-5820 complete all as specified and as directed. (Note : Pre dispatch inspection/testing of cover in factory shall be carried out by the representative of the GE. Contractor shall intimate the planned date of inspection(s) to the GE well in advance. All incidental expenditure for getting the testing of pipes in the factory premises shall be borne by the contractor including transportation and administration arrangement for the rep of accepting officer without any extra cost to the department

Earthing complete with galvanised iron earth plate electrode of size 600 x 600 x 6 mm buried directly in ground (earth pit not less than 2.25 mtr deep below ground level ) with top edge of the plate not less than 1.5 metre below normal ground level, connected to and including GI earthing strip of size 32 x 6 mm flat by means of GI bolts/nuts/washers, protected by 40 mm bore GI light grade ISI maked pipe. Earth plate shall be surrounded by alternate packed layer 15 cm thick of charcoal or coke and common salt all around bottom and top. 20 mm bore GI medium grade ISI maked pipe for watering and including funnel, wire mesh, PCC chamber pit made with PCC (1:3:6) type C1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including necessary form work, excavation and earth work in any type of soil, returning filling and disposal of surplus soil to a distance not exceeding 50m, Pit cover 40mm thick made with RCC (1:2:4) type B1 (using 20 mm graded stone aggregate) including TMT reinforcement 8mm dia @ 75mm c/c both way, MS handle 12mm dia, cover rest on MS angle iron frame 40x40x6mm embeded in concrete duly painted with two coats of synthetic enamel paint over a coat of red oxide primer, complete all as specified & shown in electrical plate No. 3 of SSR 2009 (Part-I) complete all as directed. Note:- (i) PCC chamber shall be constructed at least 1.5 metre away from the earth electrode and pipe for watering shall be provided in slanting manner. (ii) Protection pipe and earthing strip upto electric equipment from top of earth plate i.e. minimum 7.5 metre shall be included in the unit rate of this item. (iii) Test point if required as per site requirement, same shall be measured & paid separately. (iv) The earth testing arrangement should be done by the contractor as per direction of Engineer-in-charge.

Excavation in trenches, not exceeding 1.5 metre wide and not exceeding 1.5 metre in depth for laying of HT cable in trenches or laying of pipes (where provided) for protection of cable or fixing PCC poles and stays or for taking out old cable and getting out in soft/loose soil complete all as specified and as directed.

Returning filling in including spreading, levelling, watering and well ramming in layers not exc 25 cm thick complete all as specified and as directed.

Removing of surplus excavated soil to a distance not exc 50 mtr and depositing where directed at a level not exc 1.5 mtr above the starting point complete all as specified and as directed.

Sand cushioning, with dry and clean fine river sand (for under ground cable) 8 cm before laying cable and 15 cm after laying and punned to 18 cm after laying of cable complete all as specified and as directed. (Note:- Punned thickness shall be considered for payment purpose)

Material and labour for PCC (1:4:8) type D2 using 40mm graded stone aggregate as in foundation of electric poles/ struts etc including necessary formwork complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Volume of pole / strut / stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment)

Material and labour for PCC (1:2:4) type B-1, using 20 mm graded crushed stone aggregate as in coping & bed block of electric poles etc including weathering, slightly rounded or chamfered angles and throating including necessary form work, finishing the exposed surfaces of the concrete even & smooth without using extra cement, complete all as specified and as directed. (Note :- Volume of pole / strut / stays embedded in concrete shall be deducted for the purpose of payment)
