Supply and erection of Steel tubular swaged poles double swanneck type complete with cast iron base plate, finial taper plug, bolts, nuts & screws as specified type 410 SP-55 (11.0 mtr long) including painting of poles with two coats of aluminium paint over a coat of red oxide primer on all exposed surfaces and black bituminous paint on embedded portion and Zebra marking on pole with black paint up to one meter height above PCC coping including pasting of radium reflector band / strips of 5 cm wide in Green (02 Nos) & White (01 No) colour shall be provided at a height of 1.25 mtr from coping of pole and writing the pole number in black colour on yellow back ground at a suitable place on the pole complete all as specified and directed. Note: (a) Cost of numbering of poles shall be deemed to be included. (b) Excavation, earth work and PCC foundation will be measured and paid for separately. AMF Panel: AMF Panel of the DG set can be located inside the acoustic enclosure or outside the acoustic enclosure as per manufacturer's standard. The AMF panel shall be totally enclosed, dust, damp and vermin proof, cubicle type free standing floor mounted type made out of 1.6mm / 2.0mm thick CRCA sheet for the panel located inside the acoustic enclosure. If the AMF Panel has to be lcoated outside the acoustic enclosure, the outer shell of the panel should be made out of 3mm thick CRCA sheet and provided with a canopy and the degree of protection shall be IP 54. The AMF Panel should be equipped with the following control gear and components : (a) Power contactor -3/4 pole of suitable current rating with thermal overload relay - 02 Nos (for alternator and mains).
