REPLACEMENT OF CLEAR JUICE MOND WORK

Specifications: Replacement of Clear Juice Mond Size: Outer Shell Dia : 1600mm Length : 7000 mm Thickness : 12 mm Cast iron valves (flange type) Size 8” – 4 Nos Size 6” – 4 Nos Scope of work: 1) Dismantle the existing damaged Clear Juice Mond, weighed and leading to scrap yard through our mill stores. 2) Fabrication and erection of Clear Juice Mond, as per the existing manner welding on both sides (2 layer). 3) The approximate quantity of work will be around 3.50 MT. 4) Rate quoted for MS plate and angles per MT basis only. 5) Rate quoted for fixing new valves per valve only. 6) Payment will be made actual measurement of the erected items. 7) Hydro test is to be carried out to check the leakages.
