Surface dressing of the ground in all kinds of soil including removing vegetation and in-equalities not exceeding 15 cm deep and disposal of rubbish, within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 20mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Providing and Laying cement concrete 1:3:6 (1cement: 3 sand: 6 graded stone aggregate 40mm nominal size and curing complete excluding the cost of form work in foundation and plinth complete in all respect including all leads and lifts.

Supplying and spreading of good earth and consolidation with light power road-roller etc. complete at site including royalty within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying and spreading Geo-Liner/ Mamberane one mm thick within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Supplying and spreading of Ventonite slurry and consolidation with light power road-roller etc. at site complete in all respect within all lead and lifts as per direction of Engineer - in - charge.

Excavation in foundation,trenches etc. in earth work in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blassting hard of soft rock by chiselling such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard or soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited, slushy, daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excavated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15cm (fifteen centimetres) layer when required into plinths, sides of foundation consolidating each deposited layer by ramming and watering and then disposing of all surplus excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge with in all leads and lifts.

Excavation in drains chennels etc. in all kinds of soil such as pick work, jumper work, blasting hard of soft rock by chiselling where the blasting work is prohibited slushy daldal and saturated soil including pumping or bailing out water within all heights, stacking the excacated soil within all leads clear from the edge of excavation and then returning the stacked soil in 15 centimetres (fifteen centimetres) layer, including dressing of side and bed and disposing of excavated earth as per the direction of Engineer-in-Charge and disposed earth to levelled and neatly dressed.

Providing form work with steel plates 3.15mm. thick welded with angle iron in frame 30x30x5mm. so as to give a fair finish including centering, shuttering, strutting and propping etc.with wooden battens and ballies, height of propping and centring below supporting floor to ceiling not exceeding 4 Mtrs. and removal of the same for insitu-reinforced concrete and plain concrete work in:

Foundation, footing,bases of columns and mass concrete

Vertical surfaces such as walls (any thickness) partitions and the like I/c attached pillasters,buttresses, plinth and string courses and the like;

Flat surfaces such as soffits of suspended floors, roofs, landings and the like. Floors etc. upto 200mm. In thickness.
