Taking down unserviceable wire carefully copper/ aluminum point wiring (light, fan, socket or power) complete including fittings such as switches, ceiling roses, regulators, sockets, light fittings, fans etc., and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, ceiling etc., including painting with same colour of the background, complete all as specified and as directed.

Taking down carefully Unserviceable Sub main wiring of any size and type batten or conduit, surface or conceled including removing material from site and making good the disturbed surfaces of walls, roofs etc to match the existing complete all as specified and as directed. Note: Taking down of Fittings and Fixtures shall be measured under respective Items Separately.

Taking out and dismantling all components from ceiling fan existing make 1200mm sweep, cutting and removing burnt out copper winding from the rotor assy and rewinding with super enamelled copper winding wire of suitable gauge and turns with necessary insulation materials , varnishing, reassembling , greasing to bearing , replacing bushes, replacement of capacitor,inculding fixing in existing position painting of fan with orginal manufactures colour completely testing all as directed. Note:- (a) The spares like ball bearing, capacitor and GM bush required for repair the ceiling fan will be measured and paid separately under respective item. (b) Expendable stores like cotton waste /cleaning materials, grease, lubricants, machine screws, safety split pin, bolts, nuts and transportation to and fro from site to work place are deemed to be included in rate quoted.
