Providing and fixing in position Stainless steel Grade 304 plate-1.0 mm thick as per design for expansion joints. 200/300 mm wide.

Providing and fixing of expansion joint system related with wall joint (internal/ external) location as per drawings and direction of Engineer-In- Charge. The joints shall be of extruded aluminum base members, self aligning/ centering arrangement and support plates as per ASTM B221-02. The material shall be such that it provides an Expansion Joints System suitable for vertical wall to wall/ wall to corner application, both new and existing construction in office Buildings & complexes with no slipping down tendency amongst the components of the Joint System. The Joint System shall utilize light weight aluminum profiles exhibiting minimal exposed aluminum surfaces mechanically snap locking the multicellular to facilitate movement. (Material shall confirm to ASTM 6063.)

Providing and fixing stainless steel (Grade 304) railing made of Hollow tubes channels, plates etc.including welding ,grinding, buffing, polishing and making curvature (wherever required) and fitting the same with necessary stainless steel nuts and bolts complete,i/c fixing the railing with necessary accessories and stainless steel dash fasteners, stainless steel bolts etc. of required size on the top of the floor or the side of waist slab with suitable arrangement as per approval of Engineer-in-charge, (for payment purpose only weight of stainless steel members shall be considered excluding fixing accessories such as nuts, bolts, fasteners etc

Finishing walls with textured exterior paint of required shade as per architectural design on New work incl. scaffolding charges (two or more coats applied @ 3.28 liter/10sqm over and including base coat of exterior primer applied @ 2.20kg/10sqm. (All Floors) as per the directions of the engineer incharge.

Providing and applying textured putty of specified thickness, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even complete. 1 mm thick

P/A waterproof cement priming coat over wall putty and pop surfaces of approved brand including cost of all materials leads, lifts and carraiges etc upto site of work complete

Wall Painting with acrylic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade. Two or more coats on new work incl carraige lifts etc all complete

Providing and fixing of 32-35mm high density high moisture resistant (HDHMR) door shutter with ornamental raised panels Carved on both sides, fixed with 05mm wooden lipping on all edges as per the approved design and 04 no's of 5 inch long steel butt hinges (12 to 14 guage for each shutter) with counter suck (CSK) Gyp board screws of size 4 × 50 mm to be fixed with pre drilling of pilot bore of 2.5mm and 50mm depth hinge complete. All Complete as per directions of the engineer in-charge.

Providing and fixing 15-20mm thick mineral fibre (Dune RH99 of Armstrong or approved equivalent) microlook tiles of size 600 x 600 mm in true horizontal level suspended on interlocking metal with Prelude XL 15 mm grid system, grid of hot dipped galvanized steel sections (galvanized) consisting of main T runners and cross T suitably spaced as per approved manufactures specifications.

Providing and installing underdeck insulation with 50 mm thk. glasswool of 24-48 Kg/cum density under roof sheeting of approved make with aluminum foil facing and supported at bottom with GI welded wire mesh 75x75x1.6 mm complete including all suspending arrangement as required.

Providing fixing wooden laminate flooring 12 mm thick of reputed brand (action tesa or equivalent) over cement concrete including insulation foam etc. Including cornice beading etc. complete job.

Providing fixing of alumunium doors including framework of alumuniun channels of suitable design and make including shutter and panneling as per directions of engineer in-charge

Earth work in bulk excavation by mechanical means (hydraulic excavator) over areas (exceeding 30 cm in depth, 1.5 m in width as well as 10 m2 on plan) including disposal of excavated earth lead upto 50 meters and lift upto 1.5 m, as directed by Engineer-in-Charge. All kinds of soil

Providing and fixing Ist quality ceramic glazed wall tiles conforming to IS : 15622 (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), of approved make, in all colours, shades except burgundy, bottle green, black of any size as approved by Engineer- in-Charge, in skirting, risers of steps and dados over 12 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:3 (1 cement : 3 coarse sand) and jointing with grey cement slurry @ 3.3 kg per sqm, including pointing in white cement mixed with pigment of matching shade complete.

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade Two or more coats on new work wood work

20mm Cement plaster of mix: 1 : 6 (1 cement : 6 fine sand) External/internal including all scaffolding charges complete job

Extra for plastering exterior walls of the height more than 10m from ground level for every additional height of 3m or part thereof.
