Certain repairs/ replacement and cleaning of manholes, septic tanks and sewage line at New Mil Stn Kapurthala under GE Kapurthala.

M&L for cleaning blockage of WC (EWC or IWC) by opening inspection door bend and using roding / pressure technique to clear blockage upto first manhole complete all as specified and directed.

M&L for cleaning blockage of gully trap / floor trap upto first manhole by opening inspection door bend and using roding / pressure technique to clear blockage complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for cleaning of sludge, mud etc from manhole of any size and depth upto 4.50m including getting out and removing and depositing the sludge outside of defence land and covering the manholes properly after completing the cleaning complete all as specified and directed. .

M&L for pumping out liquid or semi liquid from sewage wells / septic tanks/soakage pit of any size or any depth mechanically by sucking mechanical machine system (closed tank) and dispose off the same from out of defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- During the cleaning of sewage wells, septic tanks and soakage pit the alternate temporary arrangemants shall be made by the contractor for clearing sewage disposal. No pumping is allowed in defence land.

M&L for cleaning sewage lines of dia 150/200/300mm as in main sewage system having depth not exceeding 1.50 mtr by roding and other mechanical methods and removing taken out sludge outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length of line shall be measured from manhole to manhole and the contractor will provide sewer jetting machine & honey sucker for cleaning of central sewer pipe lines from manhole to manhole.

M&L for cleaning sewage lines of dia 150/200/300mm as in main sewage system having depth exceeding 1.50 mtr but not exceeding 3.00 mtr by roding and other mechanical methods and removing taken out sludge outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length of line shall be measured from manhole to manhole and the contractor will provide sewer jetting machine for cleaning of central sewer pipe lines from manhole to manhole.

M&L for cleaning sewage lines of dia 150 / 200 / 300 mm as in main sewage system having depth exceeding 3.00 mtr but not exceeding 4.50 mtr by roding and other mechanical methods and removing taken out sludge outside the defence land complete all as specified. Note:- Length of line shall be measured from manhole to manhole and the contractor will provide sewer jetting machine & honey sucker for cleaning of central sewer pipe lines from manhole to manhole.

M&L for cleaning sewage lines of dia 150 / 200 / 300 mm as in main sewage system having depth exceeding 4.50 mtr but not exceeding 6.00 mtr by roding and other mechanical methods and removing taken out sludge outside the defence land complete all as specified and directed. Note:- Length of line shall be measured from manhole to manhole and the contractor will provide sewer jetting machine & honey sucker for cleaning of central sewer pipe lines from manhole to manhole.

M&L for breaking up / puncturing existing badly blocked lines and clearing blockage before puncturing by excavating a manhole of suitable depth and size at site complete all as specified and directed. Note:- The different items involved in excavating manhole shall be measured and paid for separately under appropriate items.

Demolition of concrete (unreinforced) of any description and in any position not otherwise specifically provided for complete all as specified and directed.
