Providing and applying white cement based putty of average thickness 1 mm, of approved brand and manufacturer, over the plastered wall surface to prepare the surface even and smooth complete. (DSR 13.80)

Wall painting with plastic emulsion paint of approved brand and manufacture to give an even shade:Two coats on old work (Royal,Silk) Asian/Berger. (DSR 13.82.2)

Finishing walls with premium Acrylic smooth exterior paint with silicone additives of required shade (Two or more coates applied @ 1.43ltr/10 sqm over and including priming coat of exterior primer applied @ 0-90 litre/10sqm) (DSR No. 13.47.1)

Painting with synthetic enamel paint of approved brand and manufacture of required colour to give an even shad (one or more coats on old work) (DSR 13.99.1)

Providing and laying proofing treatment on roofs of slalbs by applying cement slurry mixed water proffing cement compound consisting of applying. (a) after surface prepration, first layer of slurry of cement @ 0.488kg/sqm mixed with water proffing cement compound @ 0.253kg/sqm (b) Laying second layer of fibre glass cloth when the first layer is still green. Overlaps of joints of fibre cloth should not be less than 10 cm. (c) third layer of 1.5 mm thickness consisting of slurry of cement @ 1.289 kg/sqm mixed with water proofing cement compound @ 0.670 kg/sqm and coarse sand @ 1.289 kg/sqm. This will be allowed to air cure of 4 hours followed by water curing for 48 hours. The entire treatment will be taken up to 30 cm on parapet wall and tucked into groove in parapet all around. Providing and laying Vitrified tiles in different sizes (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer), with water absorption less than 0.08% and conforming to IS: 15622, of approved brand & manufacturer, in all colours and shade, in skirting, riser of steps, laid with cement based high polymer modified quick set tile adhesive (water based) conforming to IS: 15477, in average 6 mm thickness, including grouting of joints (Payment for grouting of joints to be made separately).Size of Tile 600x600 mm (DSR 11.47.2)

Providing and laying ceraic glazed floor tiles of size 300x300 mm (thickness to be specified by the manufacturer) o 1st quality conforming to IS : 15622, of approved make, in all colours, shades, except white, lvory, Grey, Furme Red Brown, laid on 20 mm thick bed of cement mortar 1:4(1 cement : 4 Coarse sand), jointing with grey cement slurry @3.3kg/sqm including pointing the joints with white cement and matchnicg pigments etc. complete (DSR NO. 11.38)

Kota stone slab flooring over 20 mm (average) thick base laid over and jointed with grey cement sturrymixed with pigment to match the shade of the slab, incluidng rubbing and polishing complete with base of cement mortar 1:4 (1 cement :4 coarse sand) (DSR 11.26)

Structral steel work riveted bolted or welded in built up sections, trusses and framed work, including cutting, hoisting, fixing in position and applying a priming coat of approved steel primer all complete. (DSR 10.2)
